"See that one?" Your grabbed by hand and pointed to a made-up constellation in the sky. "That is a dog! There's the head, then the legs, then the tail!" You pointed to each star, making up the lines of a dog. I nodded then giggled.
You looked at me, the way you always do. Your eyes were a beautiful, golden brown. I could've looked at them for the rest of my life. You kissed me. My heart fluttered. The way it always does when you touch me. You lips were soft.
When you pulled away we smiled at each other. It felt as that one moment lasted a million lifetimes.
If only it did.
