It has been a week and a half since they played truth and dare, now it's Sunday.
The managers were preparing breakfast when Kiyoko told "y/n I guess there won't be enough food for us to prepare the lunch, at least one team will have to starve. Can you go bring the groceries"
"ok then, I will go. But I will take someone with me, I would not be able to carry everything" told y/n
While y/n and Kiyoko were discussing Ushijima was passing by, so he heard the conversation between them.
Ushijima came inside the cafeteria where Kiyoko and y/n was discussing.
"Good morning Ushijima san," y/n told. "good morning Ushijima san," told Kiyoko
"Good morning" replied Ushijima
"Oh hey Ushijima san, can you come with me to the market," asked y/n
"Ok sure". "Then we will go after eating our breakfast".
TIME SKIP- now they did the grocery shopping and are on their way back
While going back they had to go through an alleyway. Ushijima was holding three grocery bags while y/n was gripping onto one.
"Hey, Ushijima san give me another bag, you're carrying three!" told y/n
"It's alright, I can carry them," told Ushijima in his monotone voice as usual
Y/n stopped walking and looked back to Ushijima, even Ushijima stopped in his tracks. Y/n started walking towards Ushijima then y/n leaned towards Ushijima leaving very little space between their face, y/n was shorter than Ushijima, so while leaning he was looking up and Ushijima was looking down to see y/n.
Y/n held Ushijima's hand and started feeling it with his own hand, Ushijima was shocked. Then y/n took one of the bags from Ushijima's hand and smiled seductively and came even near to Ushijima's face now leaving only centimeters of a gap between their lips, "it's alright Ushijima san" whispered y/n near Ushijima's ear.
Ushijima could feel y/n's breath hitting his ear. Then y/n turned and started walking while Ushijima followed him.
Ushijima was still not out of the shock while he processed what had just happened, without realizing Ushijima blushed a bit, while his ears turned red as a blushing radish.
Y/n was grinning, but even he was a little bit shocked that he just now flirted with someone who was so intimidating. (lol, dude, you did not even worry that you flirted with someone who was a year elder than you well. It's y/n we are talking about now right..?)
They returned ad delivered the groceries to the managers as they thanked them. they decided to return to their room when they opened the door, the other captains started flooding him with questions
"Hey y/n are you ok?!!!",
"Did Ushijima hurt you?!!!",
"Did Ushijima do something to you!!!?"
"Guys, guys breath. I am alright and why would he do something to me?!!" asked y/n. While the captains sweat dropped
"I guess you ask if Ushijima was alright and if y/n did something to Ushijima!!" told Kuroo grinning widely, he recalled what had happened while they were playing seven minutes in heaven.
"What do you mean Kuroo san??" asked Kita. "Nothing" replied y/n while even he was grinning in a sadistic way.
