There is a vast difference between hers and Unomiya Tenma's powers. She is said to be on par with Dad." Rokuro could only listen in awe.
"Unlike the Twelve Heavenly Commanders who have one Mystic Gear, she possesses two Mystic Gears. Her re-equip speed is insane. Moreover, she can make a combination of the Mystic Gears. For example, a weapon of one Mystic Gear with another Gear." Arimori continued.
"NOW EVERYONE, CONSUME EVERY BIT OF YOUR STRENGTH AND SHOW US THE RESULT OF YOUR DILIGENT TRAINING!!!!" Arima announced.
The crowd went wild as the Twelve Heavenly Commanders made their way towards the centre of the arena.
The tournament started. The Commanders easily dominated their opponents. Then came the turn of one of the most awaited matches of the tournament. The final match of the female division.
Mitejima Subaru VS Amawaka Mayura.
Subara had an upper hand for Mayura was not much of an expert as a Commander. The match was interesting. Mayura was giving her best. Unfortunately, the match ended with Mitejima Subarus victory. She declared to take Mayura as her disciple.
Then started the male division matches. Arima excused himself saying he had some important matters. After he left, Y/Ns phone vibrated. She turned it on and saw a message notification from Arimori.
From:ARISU😘 : I just met Dad. And you know what!!! He remembered my speciality! Y/N-San!!! He isn't ignoring me!😄
Arima returned and noticed Y/N smiling at her phone.
"Heh~? Y/N-Chan!! Did you finally found the love of your life???" He teased. Y/N tensed up. "NOO!!!" She snapped. He just laughed at her expression.
"NOW FINALLY, UP NEXT IS THE MOST ANTICIPATED MATCHUP OF THE COMPETITION!!!"
"HEAVANLY COMMANDER, 'SEIRYU', MITOSAKA KANKURO VS TWIN STAR EXORCIST, ENMADO ROKURO!!!!"
Kankuro wagered his addition to the Enmado House. Initially, he had an upper hand. His chain like arms were posing problems for Rokuro. It was clear that both of them were holding back. Rokuro decided to give his 100% whereas Kankuro didn't. He was still holding back even when Rokuro gave his all.
Rokuro provoked Kankuro, using his past, to give his 100% and he succeeded. Kankuro removed his mask. Rokuro, as well as everyone in the audience, gasped at the sight. Kankuro's mouth was sealed. The spell made his lips look like stitched. He chanted a spell and a blue dragon appeared behind him.
A full out clash started. The match was full of suspense given how much power both of them were. It was spectacular and intense. Rokuro used his every move. From a high-level gauntlet to a low-level shikigami. Both of them collided. The arena was wrecked. Kankuro's 'Impurity Eater' was breathtaking.
The match ended with Rokuro's marvellous victory. The audience showered Rokuro with acknowledging compliments. Y/N went down and hugged him.
"You did it!! See I told you to believe in yourself. Well done. You are our pride and joy Rokuro-kun!!" Y/N appraised with ruffling his hair. Arimori and everyone else of Enmado House joined the celebratory hug.
"AT LAST WE HAVE COME TO THE FINAL BATTLE OF THE TOURNAMENT!!! HEAVENLY COMMANDER 'SUZAKU', IKARUGA SHIMON VS THE 'STRONGEST'. HEAVENLY COMMANDER 'KIJIN', UNOMIYA TENMA!!!!"
It was a clash between two prodigies who have countlessly rewritten the island's records and history.
Shimon made the first move. This match was intense as well. Tenma could activate spells without charms. His this speciality gained him the title of the 'Strongest'. When he started attacking, Shimon was instantly cornered. However, the tables again turned and Tenma was down.
The heterochromatic Heavenly Commander went crazy and equipped his Mystic Gear. He mindlessly sent an attack towards Shimon and.
