The Strange Student (Severus Snape x Reader)

Chapter 4

Professor Snape was staring at me with his deep, black eyes. I cleared my throat and he let go of my hand. "Uh nothing. I'm sorry for grabbing your hand.", Professor Snape said. I slowly nodded and said, "It's fine."

I was about to read when I noticed that I was finished. I gave him the second book and Professor Snape was surprised. "You're finished?", he asked. I chuckled. "Yeah, I tend to read fast and finish books in 2 days.", I said.

"You really are intelligent.", he mumbled. I smiled at Professor Snape and said, "You should hurry to class. I think the Bell's about to ring." Professor Snape nodded and walked to the door. He looked at me for a moment before leaving.

"Madam Pomfrey, can I quickly borrow a book from the library?", I asked. Madam Pomfrey nodded and I got up. I limped out of the hospital wing. I started limping to the library when someone slammed me to the wall.

I saw Celestial and she put her wand to my neck. "You think you can get away with the shit that happened yesterday?", Celestial asked. I grunted and she started choking me. "I think it's better for me to kill you like this. This is the last day you're going to live.", she said.

I tried to kick her, but she was holding me up. I slapped her hand multiple times. " Expelliarmus!" Celestial was hit and she fell down. I started breathing heavily. I saw Madeline and she ran to me. "We need to go to the library now.", I  said.

Madeline put her arm around my shoulders and we started running. After a few minutes, we arrived at the library. Me and Madeline walked into the library and went into a random section. "Are you alright?", she whispered.

I nodded and Madeline sighed. "I better get a book before Madam Pomfrey gets worried about me.", I whispered. I looked through the books and grabbed a big book. "You're gonna read that?", Madeline whispered.

I nodded, "Yeah, I like reading books like these." Madeline was amazed and we checked it out. I limped out of the library. "I should go with you since Celestial is on the loose.", Madeline said.

"What do you mean?", I asked. Madeline looked at me and said, "Professor Dumbledore talked with Celestial and told her that she's going to be expelled. But she lashed out and attacked him." I gasped. "Then she went after me to kill me.", I said.

Madeline nodded and we arrived at the hospital wing. "I was worried about you. I just got the news that Celestial is on the loose and looking for you.", Madam Pomfrey said as she hugged me. I smiled and Celestial barged in.

Madeline went in front of me. "Get out of the way, Madeline!", Celestial shouted. Celestial began attacking Madeline and Madeline was deflecting her attacks. "Just stop it, Celestial!", Madeline shouted. Celestial laughed and shouted, "Avada kedarva!"

I tackled Celestial. Me and Celestial started punching and kicking each other. Celestial went on top of me and started choking me. Not this time. I punched her in the face and she fell over. Celestial tried to grab her wand, but I kicked it.

I got up and Celestial tackled me. "Let me kill you!", she screamed. I kicked her off of me and crawled away. Madeline dragged Celestial towards her. I sat against the wall, exhausted. Can this just end?

I sighed. I got up and Celestial was choking Madeline. I ran my hand through my hair. I ran towards them and took Celestial off. I flipped Celestial over and put her hands behind her back.

"Madeline, get some help.", I said. Madeline nodded and ran away to get some help. Celestial suddenly flipped me over. She pinned me to the ground and started choking me again.

"Why are you so obsessed with choking?", I choked out. Celestial ignored my question and she got hit. I started coughing. Madeline ran to me and kneeled down. "You're alright now.", she whispered.
