Chapter 6

"What the hell are you doing here?!" I yelled, my blood boiling.

"You have some nerve coming here don't you," Aria said, sticking up for me.

We just both stared at the dirty boy standing in the door way.

He had just come from soccer by the looks of things.

"May I come in?" He asked quietly.

I looked at Aria.
I didn't know what to do.

She just shrugged.

"It's your house?" She said putting her hands up in the air in mock surrender.

I huffed. I didn't exactly want him bringing mud into my house but...

"What do you want Jacob?" I said getting quite annoyed.

"Hmm Aria, could I speak to Maya please."

She just took a deep breathe in and turned to me.

I gave her a slight smile and nodded.

"I'll be outside," she explained.

She grabbed her phone and shut the door behind her.

"Well... I'm waiting..." I rushed him impatiently.

"I saw you at the game tonight," he began.

"Before you start, I wasn't there for you. I just wanted to hang out with Aria and Katie so," I interrupted him.

"I just wanted to talk some things over since you were back.

"What things, we have nothing to discus," I told him turning my back to him.

"Oh come on May, don't be like this."

I turned back to him and glared at him.

"How do you want me to act Jacob. you knew the things I was going through when we were dating, and instead of helping me through them, you decided to cheat on me with not 1... not 2... not 3... But 4 other girls! So tell me Jacob, how SHOULD I act?" My voice rising with every new sentence.

He didn't reply.

"If you really loved me, you wouldn't have done that."

"Oh May don't be like that. I still do love you," he said inching closer towards me.

"Don't even go there Jacob, just leave me to have some time with my best mate would you!" I said as I pushed him away from my face.

"May. I know you don't feel that way," he replied eagerly trying to persuade me.

"Oh believe me Jacob, I do feel this way, and for fuck sake stop calling me May, It's Maya!"

There was a few moments of silence.

"Just please leave me alone. I want to finish this film with Aria thanks."

He just stared into my eyes and stood there.

In the end I just pushed him out of the door and called for Aria to come back up.

As he was walking into the lift, he pressed the button and said "you'll change you mind, don't you worry Maya LoneHeart.

I rolled my eyes and slammed the door shut behind Aria.

As I walked into the kitchen, Kayla was standing there with a piece of toast and some cereal waiting do me.

"Oh thanks sis but I'm getting some early breakfast with Aria before school," I said.

"Oh well okay, as long as you eating something that's the main thing," she said back.

"I'm just going to go and get change before I head out okay?"

She just nodded.

I headed back into my room and walked straight over to my closet.

I stared at my wardrobe. I felt like there was nothing for me to wear even though I had enough clothes to last me for the rest of my life!

I finally decided on my short black shorts, my grey LA tank top, some plain knee high black socks and my black boots. I then placed my beanie over my hair. I also wrapped my checkered jacket around my waist.

As I unlocked my car, I dropped down onto the drivers seat.

I stared out of the window.

I decided to finally pull out of the parking lot, otherwise Kayla would have got suspicious.

So...I'm sorry for the VERY VERY late realise. Again... like I said in my last chapter, there has been a few personal things going on. But I promise I will be back on track now.

But anyways... what do you think to this chapter? Do you think Maya is telling the truth about her breakfast with Aria? What will happen about Jacob?
