Before it starts i wanted to say something. Not only is this the first story I wrote for this book but it's a little story i wrote while listening to this song from above (This Side Of Paradise) . It will be important too later on. Well that's all I wanted to say. Enjoy the story!

You just moved to Paris a year or two ago. There weren't big problems for you to find friends, since there were kind people like Marinette, who helped you getting to know everyone. Just one month later, and you knew almost everyone. Who your friends are and who isn't. It didn't took you long either to get to know Julekas brother Luka, since they invited you one day for band rehearsal. In the end, you ended up visiting Juleka and Luka often, not just for their rehearsal. But since Juleka was with Rose, most of the time, you spent most of your time with Luka. First you didn't want admit it but sooner or later you had to be honest with yourself, you really grew attached to him, yeah you could say you had a crush on him. But it was hard for you to tell him that, since there was Marinette and it was quite obvious that he liked her. So you kept silent. All this time. Month for month until.. you saw him slowly giving up on her. Even though Marinette liked him there still was someone she loved more and he couldn't change that. He couldn't be that person. So he was slowly giving up on her. He even told you this some time ago when you were alone in his room. On that day he was about to play his guitar, but you knew there was something on his mind. Since then you were there for him. Everytime he feels bad or even on good days you were together. Talking. Laughing. Like nothing ever happened. But at the same time your love for him just grew bigger and everytime it's a little harder for you to hold it back. Still for your friendships sake, you didn't want to say anything. Today you visited his family again. Their home is like a second home for you. You always felt comfortable there and they had no problem with you being there. Yeah you didn't even had to say that you visit. You just came to them and they welcomed you like you were part of the family. But today Luka wasn't home for some time, so you just waited. The hours waiting for him you talked with Juleka until she went meeting her friends. Then you just sat in his room. You tried playing his guitar but, even though he tried to teach you, you still had problems with playing so you gave up at some point. You just took your headphones and listened to some songs on your phone. Yeah you even sang a little. At the time Luka finally got home you listened to the song 'This Side Of Paradise ' by Coyote Theory. Of course he heard you and came to his room. First just watching you. He recognized the lyrics and was smiling to himself, while listening and still watching you sing. This whole time you didn't notice he was there. Just at the end of the song, he came to you. Before you could sing the last sentence of the song, you felt two arms hugging you from behind, while something took off your headphones. Instead of the original song, you heard a soft voice whisper singing: "If you're lonely come be lonely with me~". Surprised you turned around facing him. "Not bad, it's actually the first time I heard you singing. I knew you hid your talent from me." He said smiling. You just felt your face heat up. Not just because of his words, but because of how close he was. "Thanks.. how long have you been there?" You managed to say and he just shrugged. "Maybe..since half of the song?" He said thinking and still looking at you. How didn't he notice the blush on your face? You tried keeping eye contact with him but just some seconds later, you sighed. Breaking the eye contact by looking down. Why does he have to make it hard for you to hide your feelings? Lukas smile disappeared a little, feeling that there was something wrong. "Are you alright? Are you.. feeling uncomfortable?" He asked slowly letting go of you. But you just grabbed his arms, stopping him from letting you go, shaking your head. "I am not uncomfortable.. it's more of the opposite.. I am feeling way to comfortable." He heard you saying. Sighing in relief he just held you closer, not wanting to let go. "I am happy to hear that.. seems like there is at least one person who wants to stay with me" you hear him whisper and you look up facing him. "Don't say stuff like that, who wouldn't want to be with someone like you, you are kind, handsome, always listening if someone needs to get something off their chest. You are the best person i know, no wonder i fell in lo-" shocked you stopped talking and looked down again. Were you about to confess right now?! You silently panicked. Luka just kept being silent. For how long? Seconds? Minutes? You felt yourself getting more and more nervous. You even felt like crying. Slowly you tried to escape from his hug. But instead of letting you go, he just held you closer. "Luka.. let go.. of me.. please" you whisper. He still didn't say anything. Feeling a hand on your cheek you slowly looked up to him. He didn't look like he is mad at you, instead there was a gentle smile on his face. "Since you didn't want to continue, I will do it for you. (Y/N), I might..no..I do have fallen in love with you." You honestly were loss for words. Did he really just say that? You stared at him, still not trusting what you just heard. He laughed a little at the face you were making. "Don't you trust my words? Do you need proof?" He asked but you shake your head. "No it's just.. surprising that you actually .. return my feelings." You told him honestly. "So ... you don't want me to prove it?" He asked, teasing you a little. You laughed a little at these words. "Well.. I wouldn't mind." After that sentence you felt a pair of lips on your own. It was a soft and loving kiss. Way better than your imagination. After you two break the kiss you could see the smile on his face. You smiled too but also felt a tear running down your cheek. He gently wiped you tear away. "Was it so bad?" He joked, but you just shake your head and pulled him into a kiss again.
