It's a day like everyday. You were in school, just hoping it will end eventually, so you can go outside, talking and spending time with your group of friends, Alya, Nino, Marinette, Rose, Juleka, Mylène,Ivan...Alix. Especially with Alix. Just watching her roller blades was fascinating you and you couldn't help falling for her. Not just because of her skills but because of her cool personality too. Of course she did notice you, looking at her while skating so today she decided to talk with you about that. While the others talk she stood in front of you some seconds later. "Hey, you've been watching you know?" She started. For a moment you were a bit surprised, but then laughed a little. "Yeah.. sorry.. it's just.. looks pretty fun what you are doing." You then lied, leaving her thinking about that for some seconds. "Want me to teach you?" She started again. You looked at her in disbelief but she really seemed to mean it. So you nodded. "It's worth a try." Now it was her turn to nod. "Great. Tomorrow, after school. Bring some roller skates with you. " With that she turned around, continuing what she did before. The others didn't seem to notice what you were talking about, but they will see it tomorrow if they insist on being with you again. You are a bit excited but scared at the same time. You probably will look like an idiot, trying to stand on these things. On the next day, school couldn't end soon enough. You now really were excited for your first lesson with Alix. After school you met up with Alix but with the others too. Okay.. that is making you nervous.. they will definitely watch you. You took a deep breath. You can't back down now. After finding a good spot you put on your own roller blades, while everyone is wishing you luck and cheering on you. It didn't make you less nervous though. You could hardly stand up with the wheels under your feet, so Alix had to help you with that. Even though you were standing, she didn't let go of your hand. You didn't know if she just didn't notice or she did it so you wouldn't fall after a second, but it didn't matter to you. Holding her hand somehow made you happy. You almost forgot to concentrate while she tried explaining to you, how to stand without falling and how to move forward. You nodded to signal her that you understand, but not even two seconds after she let go of your hand, you lost your balance and fell back. You heard her laughing and you felt your face getting red out of embarrassment. "At least you were standing for a millisecond." she said, still laughing but helping you up. ".. doesn't sound like a success." you whisper sighing. And that is how it went on. Over and over you tried at least standing without her help, while the others cheered for you, but everytime the same result. At some point you were just laying on the ground, looking up. "Are you giving up?" You hear the voice of Alix saying. You slowly shake your head. "Just.. taking a break" you said, while watching her laying next to you. The others were now talking with each other again. Not paying attention on you or Alix. After some minutes looking at the sky you sigh again. "It really looks easy when you do it" she looked at you after hearing this. "It's just practice, don't worry. You will be able to keep your balance after some time. " she said encouraging you. You smiled a bit. "Thanks, but how should i be as good as you? You really are amazing.. maybe never" you said while sitting up. Looking at her for a second, before looking away and slowly standing up. "Maybe i should just give up" you said, not noticing what you just did. Still with your roller blades on, you are standing and stretching yourself a bit. Alix is looking up to you in surprise. " (Y/N)... you did it!" She said while standing up. You looked at her, not understanding but then you realize. "I.. how?" You question yourself, while looking at your feet and then at Alix, smiling. "Seems like you just wanted to hold my hand after all. " She said joking of course and you laughed a little. "So? What if?" You said smiling at her and slowly getting closer to her. It surprised you that you didn't fall while getting closer to her, but you weren't paying attention to your feet anymore, but to the girl in front of you. "Maybe i like you and that's the reason i wanted you to teach me" you said actually joking with her. For a moment she didn't say anything and just looked at you. "If that's the case.." she began while getting closer. ".. i will continue teaching you until you are sure, if you like me or not" she then said, getting some distance to you, laughing a bit. You can't help but to smile. "I am looking forward to it. "
