You were both laughing as Draco tickled you.

"You know the Yule Ball's coming up. I think it'd be the perfect way to tell everyone"

The two of you sat in the common room with everyone else.

"God I'm so excited for the Yule Ball! Do you all have dates?"

You all nodded. Pansy squealed with excitement. The next day you walked in the hall and bumped into Cedric.

"Y/n! I've been meaning to talk to you!"

You rolled your eyes and stopped.

"What the fuck do you want Diggory?"

"Well I was hoping you'd go to the Yule Ball with me?"

You scoffed

"No. I already said we're done"

You shoved past him. You were unaware that Draco had seen the whole thing. He was absolutely livid. You spent most of the day with Pansy and made your way up to Draco's room in the evening. "Well I'll be going. Seeing as I do have other things to do"

You walked up to the door. As you touched the handle, he walked up behind you and pressed himself against your back. He put his hand on top of yours that was touching the handle.

"I saw you with Diggory"

"Is that why you were mad? Because I rejected Cedric asking me to the Yule Ball?"

You turned and faced him now. Your arms were crossed.

"Well I didn't know that. I was just mad that you were talking to him"

"God Draco. You know I love you more than anyone else. Why are you jealous about me talking to Diggory?"

You both moved away from the door. He sat back down on his chair.

"Because I'm fucking scared. Scared that you'll realize that I don't deserve you. And that I'm a monster. And that you deserve better"

You walked over and sat on his lap, one leg on either side of him, facing him.

"I love you. I'm never leaving you. Not even if you want me to"

He kissed you passionately. You then moved.

"I love you so fucking much"

You got up.

"Well now I've to go. Things to do"

He immediately pulled you back onto his lap.

"You can't possibly think I'm going to let you go while you look like that"

"I think I look hot"

"Too damn hot that's the problem"
