Friday, June 16th of 1916, was the annual election day of Seonji University for senior student body president. Everybody wanted the converted spot because of the benefits it will have on their future. Seonji University is one of the leading universities in Korea. Anyone who was anybody went to this school, but the student body president was above all. Having this on their resumes guarantees their success. They always ended up with the best jobs, the most wealth, and the greatest status. Everybody wanted this position, especially this year. The university announced that this year that they will pay the tuition of the student in the office. All the seniors were so excited to have this opportunity to be able to succeed in life. And so the competition started. By the midway point, the two frontrunners were Bae Joohyun and Park Sooyoung. These two were always longtime rivals ever since they stepped onto campus. Everyone knew that Bae Joohyun was going to take the position, she had been leading the poll ever since the start. Always top of her class, always on time a very nice person to everyone she was everyone's favourite. On the day of the election, however, she was nowhere to be seen. Her family hasn't seen her since she left the house that morning and her friends haven't been in contact with her since the night before. It wasn't until her rival Park Sooyoung was crowned the spot that the police announced her to be missing. People thought it was suspicious but never had enough guts to accuse Sooyoung of anything, so everyone just got over it as the police eventually closed the case due to lack of evidence. People just thought of it as a one-time thing, but when it happened again 15 years later to another hopeful candidate for the prized spot and 15 years later and to continue to the present day, they started to say the spot was cursed. That wasn't the only thing people noticed. They saw that the missing person and the runner-up were always longtime rivals. As if that wasn't the worst part, the rivals were always crowned the spot right after the police declared they were missing, but it was always before the university was notified. That's how the Seonji University legendary mystery came to be. Every fifteen years the first-place candidate of the title student body president mysteriously goes missing and the runner-up takes their spot. It is always the same, they leave their house in the morning of the election and they magically disappear on their way to school with no witnesses whatsoever, but what happens if this year was different?
THE LEADER and THE BEST FRIEND calls everybody from the auditorium outside panic matter.
"YO GUYS COME QUICK THERE IS SOMETHING ON THE WALLS" - THE BEST FRIEND
"What is it??"- THE LONER
"I DON'T KNOW PEOPLE JUST COME QUICK" - THE LEADER
Everyone comes outside in confusion and to see what the 2 girls were panicking about.
"I think its blood." - THE BRAIN
"Are you sure that it is blood, it could paint you know?" - THE LONER
"No that's blood." - THE CRIMINAL
"And how do you know?" - THE LEADER
"Just a feeling." - THE CRIMINAL
The teachers start to realize what happened and start to make calls to the office and after a while the students here this on the p.a system "anyone with knowledge on the whereabouts of Lee Taeyong please come to the office immediately" and people start to panic because they realize what is happening. At the same time, THE ATHLETE walks came to the scene.
"Taeyong. What about Taeyong? Has anyone seen my brother today." - THE ATHLETE
" Shouldn't you have seen him in the morning?" - THE LEADER
" NO! I HAD EARLY MORNING PRACTICE TODAY!" -THE ATHLETE
Everyone stops to think about what happened and the place goes silent.
"I think the legend strikes again " - THE BRAIN mumbles
People think if they have seen Lee Taeyong at all that morning, already knowing the outcome. After a period of silence, someone finally speaks out
"OH WAIT! I THINK I HAVE. He is the one in the running for student body president right??" - THE ACCUSED
Everyone looks at her in shock and disbelief not believing what they have heard. THE ATHLETE starts to get angry and lashes out at the girl.
"YOU, YOU COME WITH ME NOW!! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY BROTHER!!" - THE ATHLETE
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN! I DID NOTHING, I JUST HAPPENED TO SEE HIM"- The ACCUSED
"THEN HOW ARE YOU THE ONLY PERSON THAT HAS EVER BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE MISSING PERSON ON THE DAY OF THEIR DISAPPEARANCE!" - THE LEADER
"HEY, SHE IS NEW! SHE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS AT THIS SCHOOL" - THE BEST FRIEND
" Hey I think you guys need to calm down we aren't getting anywhere if you guys fight." - THE BRAIN
"Looks like this mystery just got a little more interesting." - THE LONER
