"Morning dad" I said yawning
"Hey kiddo morning howd you sleep?" He said
"I slept good you?"
"The same as always" He said walking walking over to me ruffling my hair.
"Well what are you going to do today for your day off" He asked me
"Oh I'm going to hang out with Sasuke" I said remember last night and how cute he was acting.
"Oh I'm totally going to tease him about that"
"Not my fault he was acting so cute"
I smiled a bit
"What are you smiling at?" Dad said taking me out of my thoughts
"Huh? Oh nothing" I said playing it off acting like I wasn't just thinking about Sasuke
"What's on your mind?" He asked me.
Dad has noticed I've been acting "weird" I don't know we're he got that from. He says I'm a lot more happier and calmer I guess?
He's been saying I've been spacing out a lot more than normal and smiling a lot more too.
"I- well um....." I said scratching the back of my neck trying to sort out my words
✨*knocking sounds*✨
"Hm?" I heard dad say and he opened the door to a Sasuke standing there with his normal expression.
"Oh Sasuke what a surprise, what are you doing here?" Dad asked my boyfriend
"I'm hanging out with y/n for the day" he said plainly
"Is that so? I didn't know you were ganna pick her up" Dad said looking at me than back at Sasuke
"Hm well come in Sasuke I would like to talk to both of you" he said.
"Ok time to internally freak out"
"Tf does he want to talk ab?"
"Omg does he know ab me and Sasuke?!"
"I mean maybe idk"
"We have been more friendly with each other then usual"
"Hm I should just tell him right there and then"
My mind was swarming with questions as both me and Sasuke sat on the couch across from dad.
"Is anything going on between the both of you?" Dad asked calmly
I looked at Sasuke seeing him already looking at me and he nodded at me.
"Dad Sasuke and I are um... we're daiting" I said very slowly and cautiously hoping he won't get mad or anything.
"Really?!" He said
Sasuke and I both nodded
"Hmm alright then I'll have a talk with Sasuke tomorrow you two go on and enjoy your day together." He said
We both stared at him dumbfounded
"Okay?" I said but in a question and grabbed Sasukes hand heading towards the door.
"Oh and don't do anything weird with my daughter" Dad warned Sasuke and he nodded. I quickly waved goodbye to my dad and we both left.

"That went surprisingly well" I said to Sasuke and he took my hand in his intertwining our fingers together.
