Am lying in bed when i hear my phone beep, i pick it up to see a text from joe. I sit up and click open.
from:joe- hope your ok princess. did you and dale fall out? x I read and hit reply then sit and think what to say, i already said thanks and he asking about me and dale............
To:joe- Thanks again for last night. I am ok and yes we are over FOR GOOD x and press send and go to brush my teeth.
I am sitting eating my toast when my phone beeps again , i cant help but smile alittle. I open the text and read
from:joe- its okay babe and glad your ok. how do you get to school? x I hit reply and wonder if he would give me a lift to school this morning
To:joe-normaly dale but getting the bus this morning x i hit send.
' do you want a coffee hunnie?' my mum pulls me out my thoughts' yeah please '.
My phone beeps on the table i pick it and press open on the text from joe
From:joe-Its raining i could give you a lift if you want x i hit reply and smile to myself.it is raining and i really dont want to wait at a bus stop.
To:joe-Yes please that would be great x I press send and wait. less than 10 minits later the door bell rings. joe is standing there smiling. 'hello' i say smiling back ' you ready to go?' i grab my bag and jacket,'i am now' i say. We walk to his car and he points to the front seat, i look in the back seat to see joe two best friends max and paul. i climb in to the front seat and smile at the boys in the back seat ' so what happen to you and dale' max asked 'i dumbed him end of story' i said just as joe gets in the car.
We pull up to the school and i thank joe for driving me and get out the car. 'What are you doing?' chole grabs my arm 'WHAT?' i say louder than i mean to, 'Why are you in a joe's car?'
'long story just leave it chole'.
The bells goes for lunch and i walk to my locker to get my lunch and put my books in. I can feel someone watching me and look up and down the hall and cant see anyone looking at me. I turn and walk right in to someones chest someons hard chest , 'sorry' i say looking up to see joe smirking at me, ' Hey princess' i stand back 'hey' i say in a really low voice, joe smirks and says 'princess youre not shy are you?' 'No' i say a little too fast. 'Good, what to eat with us?' he says pointing at max and paul who wave. ' erm...o..k' why am i so shy around him...duh cause he is realllyyy cute!
'Are you toni?' paul says making me jump and i see joe and max smirk 'am i what?' i say looking up from the table 'In love with joe haha' wait no...well i do like him but not love OMG....i like him 'no' i say laughing..just to make a point.
'Am a loveable guy you know' joe says smirking as we walk to class ' wow your ego is the size of a manson' i say before punching his arm, ' see youre smiling am just that good' he says before winking at me and walking in to class.
The bell rings and everyone stands up to go home, i grab my books
shit i need to get the bus and its still raining. I walk to my locker and put my books in and grab my jacket. I stand at the door and take a deep breath...here goes, i walk out the door in the the rain.
'I wanted on you, you know' i hear and turn to see dales car and dale smirking. Its just him in the car, where was max and paul, 'max and paul have football' he says anwering my unspoken quesion. 'oh o..k', ' well do u want a lift or not princess'. 'yes please' i say walking over to his car.
We pull up outside my house, joe look at me with sad eyes at me and says 'what happen with you and dale?' i look down at my hand and think how to start. 'He dumped me cause i willnt have.....sex with him'. ' he told everyone yous had sex'...omg now i have to tell him i did have sex with him. 'we did' i say and i cant tell if he is shocked of pissed off, ' but you said..' ' i know but we made up and i didnt want to be boring....then i found out he made a £20 bet with jack that he could sleep with me...' i look out the window waiting for him to say something. ' was he the your first?' joe asked..why is he asking all this, i just nod and look down at my feet.
My phone beeps while i am tidying my room, i fall to my bed and pull my phone out my pocket and open the text
from:dale- it was a daft bet...am sorry x
I roll my eyes and think about what to say back.
to:dale-I dont care. delete my number please and leave me alone 5 minits later my phone beeps.
from:dale-is this cause youre lover boy joe?
I laugh out loud and put my phone down so i dont reply. I lye in bed thinking about whats happen and i relise am not hurt or upset and mad really mad!
