"Have you heard it?" Mild was doing his one of thousands way in distracting Gulf from making to his deadline.

"What is it this time?" Gulf was so used to the distraction he would get from time to time, he replied Mild without sparing the other guy a glance.

"He's back." Mild said without trying to explain who it was first. He wanted Gulf to be curious.

Gulf, who's still typing down the data in the excel asked while frowning to his laptop, "Who?" He's all ears and curious, yet he still hadn't looked at Teemild in the eyes.

"Mew." That one single name finally enabled Gulf to stop whatever he was doing. Now that Mild finally drew Gulf's attention, the shorted guy smirked.

"Now that's the reaction I've been waiting for!" Mild chirped annoyingly.

Realizing that he was giving out the amusement to Mild, Gulf got back to his work. "I thought something  big happened. I'm disappointed." Gulf mocked, trying to surpress the loud ringing in his ears. He failed to know that Mild was witnessing how his ears baked on their tips.

"It's not just the news. He's back for good!" Mild whispered a little too loud that another coworker who passed by their line of desks slowed down before Mild shooed her.

Mild and Gulf were occupying the desk at the right wing. They worked in an open space room, so people could roam around and sit anywhere they liked. A modern set up.

After drawing his attention back to Gulf, Mild saw how Gulf had totally stopped doing his work. He was very distracted by the news. "What do you mean?" He questioned Mild.

"You heard me. I told you he's back." Mild whispered while rolling his eyes in annoyance.

"He always comes back for supervision, what's new?" Gulf retorted in the same manner like Mild's.

"It's different!"

"How different?"

"He's—,"

"Mr. Kanawut, may I have a word with you?" Mild's explaination got halted by their Head Division, Miss Goy. Evil is her middle name.

Both Gulf and Mild had their eyes dilated in shock. How could she came in such crucial time? Mild and Gulf gave out such bad impression; exchanging hot gossip instead of doing their work.

They saw Miss Goy walked back to her office. This time, Gulf made a time to hiss at his coworker slash his best friend since highschool, "If she delayed my bonus this month, your bonus will be mine!" Then he stomped off to Miss Goy's room.

As much as he was annoyed with Mild earlier, Gulf got enough time to put on his facade, wearing his smile so he wouldn't get a flying chair as soon as he entered his big boss's room.

Gulf was known for his pretty face, maybe he could make a use of his own face to get on Goy's good side.

Gulf knocked on the door, followed by a faint voice telling him to come in. He opened the door rather slowly, he firstly peeked inside the room.

Goy put on her not so amusing face. Shit! Gulf hurriedly walked into the room and stood tall before Goy's desk. He looked fidgety and Goy knew it, yet she put on her pokerface.
