I just wanted to make some things clear in this story. The setting is at Hogwarts, a week before Draco's birthday. And the reason he got part of his inheritance early is because his mate(Harry) showed signs of accepting him. He didn't get the veela side because he hasn't needed to protect Harry or prove that Harry is his and his only.
