Summer Love

Chapter 3

The next morning Paige and Crystal went down to the surfers club. When they came Cody hugged Crystal from behind so crystal got startled she says "oh hi" he says "did I scare you?" She says "yeah, just a little bit" she laughed. He says " oh sorry!" She says it's fine " I like hugs from behind" he says "then I'm glad I startled you" they both laugh.

Cody says so have you been practicing? Crystal says " yeah just a little" he says " good! Do you think your ready to surf the waves?" She says "yeah I'm pretty confident" He replies "I like girls that are confident" she says "thank you" while smiling. He smiles back. He says "okay it might be a little scary at first because it's technically your first time surfing but it's okay you don't have to worry because when I'm with you I'll protect you" She says "thank you, that makes me feel a lot better" he says "you don't have to say thank me just know I'll always have your back with anything" she "smiles and says that means a lot".

Cody smiles and says "okay we should probably start heading out now since the waves are pretty big". They start to ride the waves together but Crystal fails with some of the waves because it's only her first time. Cody says "just remember all the steps we went over, okay?" She says "yes I will". After that a huge tidal wave crashed Crystal she was under water for about 40 seconds trying to gasp for air. Cody turns around to see where she went? He starts to panick screaming "Crystal! Where are you?!" She doesn't reply. Cody's heart is racing trying to find her. All of the sudden Cody heard Crystal scream "I'm over here!" He grabs her and looks her in the eyes and says "I thought I lost you" with tears in his eyes. He asked what happened? Crystal said " I'm sorry I scared you but a huge tidal wave knocked me over and I couldn't get back up for air" Cody says "oh well I'm glad you're fine now" Cody asks " do you wanna still surf or do you wanna be done for today? Crystal says "I'll continue to surf, I'm not gonna get one wave in the way of anything" Cody says "my type of girl" she laughs.

They continue to ride the waves, when all of the sudden Cody see's something. He see's Crystal surfing! When they were done surfing Cody gave Crystal a hug and said " you did it!" She says "I know! I can't believe I can surf now!" He replies " yes! You did good for your first time!" She smiled and said "thank you"

Cody asks "so what are you doing tomorrow?" Crystal said "nothing I'll probably just be hanging out with paige" He said " well my best friend Matt is having a party at his house and I wanted to know if you and paige wanted to go?" She says "yes I would like that!" He says "great!" Crystal asks is Matt the one that is Paige's trainer? He said yes, him. We have been best friends since we were little kids. I said wow... Me and paige are like that too! He said "that's so cool" Crystal says "okay... I'll see you tomorrow then" he says yes! Tomorrow at 9 I'll pick you and paige up" she says "okay sounds great!"

When Crystal comes home she tells paige that Cody invited her to Matt's party. Paige said "my trainer Matt?" She says "yeah" she said "oh I didn't know they were friends" Crystal says " I didn't know ether until today" Crystal says "don't worry your invited too" she said "okay what time are we going?" Crystal says "he said he will be here at 9 to pick us up" paige says "okay sounds like fun!"

The next day Crystal and paige were just hanging out by the pool side. Still getting there tan. Paige asks " so... Are you in love with Cody?" Crystal responds " I think I am"
Paige says " sounds like true love to me" Crystal says "yeah I guess so" Crystal says "a day doesn't go by we're I don't think about him" paige responds and says "that's love" Crystal responds and says " I guess you're right"

After we were done tanning we walked back to our room and started getting ready for the party because it takes us about 2 hours to get ready for us. We took a shower, curled our hair, put on makeup/perfume and put a cute outfit on. Once we were all ready I got a text from Cody saying "I'm here" i said "okay I'll be right out"

Once they got downstairs he said "wow... You both look very pretty!" They both said "thank you!" Crystal said "you don't look so bad yourself" He laughed and said "thanks" when they arrived at Matt's house they knocked on the door and when Matt opened it all he could do was stare at paige saying "woah you... You... Look beautiful paige" Paige says "thank you" as she blushes"

when they got in music was blasting and there was a lot of drinking and drugs there. Cody knows she's not into that. So they did something different" Cody went upstairs with Crystal and Paige and Matt stayed downstairs talking and dancing.
