It was another stressful morning at YSH London. At 9 in the morning, the chairwoman is already barking orders at her staff. They were merely a week away from the opening of YSH Amsterdam headquarters and the staff has been in distress because the chairwoman herself found a fault in their plan. Calls are being made and meetings are being held consecutively. The employees would certainly want to know who was the department responsible for the mistake but they don't have time because they know that when the glass doors of the office on the top floor slid open, they should be done with the revisions.
Beyond the glass doors, a certain 38 year old woman has been pacing back and forth for the last thirty minutes. She had been racking her brain for a solution to another problem that presented itself a few minutes after discovering the fault in the plan for YSH Amsterdam.
Son Ye Jin, the chairwoman of YSH Global, is fuming mad because she thought that the Japan Air deal has already been sealed. Apparently, a new player has requested they can still place a bid.
Seo Ji Hye, the head of the legal department, has been following the chairwoman's movement and she knew that her boss and bestfriend is close to the edge.
"How is it possible that they are entertaining another buyer? And the other buyer is a beginner in the business."

"Ye Jin-ah, I have already asked some of the employees to look in to it. Can you please sit down first? You need to breath."
Ye Jin looked amused at the words that the head of legal department just said. A sound escaped from her lips which is something between a laugh and a scoff with a hint of sarcasm before she replied.
"How can I breathe when I'm in a situation like this?
Ji Hye stared at her bestfriend before standing up. She slowly ushered her towards the black swivel chair and made her sit down. She gave the chairwoman a glass of water before settling on the chair across her.
"Ji Hye-ssi, is it possible for the legal team to make revisions on the contract for the Japan Air?"
"My team are already working on it as we speak. We are also trying to figure out the offer that the new player made."
The chairwoman stayed silent while scribbling on a notepad. After finishing, she motioned for the head of legal to follow her.
The chairwoman's secretaries stood in attention when they heard the glass doors slide open. The sound of heels against the marble floors reverberated in the hall. Kim Ji Won, the chairwoman's senior secretary, immediately knew who it was and grabbed her ipad before bowing her head as two figures stood infront of her. The junior secretary, Han So Hee, followed suit and bowed
"Ms. Kim, call a board meeting now and inform the rest of the team that after the board meeting I'll be examining the changes in the plan for the launch of YSH Amsterdam after the meeting. Also, order food for every staff or you can just call one of our restaurants. Ask them if they could whip something. Make sure that everybody will be able to eat later including the security and utility staff. After that please follow in the meeting room. Ms. Han come with us to the meeting room."
The chairwoman and the head of legal along with the junior secretary proceeded to the meeting room while the senior secretary carried out the chairwoman's orders.

Ji Won was rushing through the halls of YSH London to reach the meeting room in time. The board meeting started 10 minutes ago and the she knows that the chairwoman is expecting her to be there.
She was almost at the meeting room when a security staff approached her. The man bowed before handing her an envelope.
"Ms. Kim, this was sent to YSH Paris. It was addressed to the chairwoman so the head of YSH Paris sent it right away. It was from a certain Mr. Hyun in Nice, France."
The senior secretary scanned the envelope. It was simple yet it exudes elegance. She thanked the security staff before makingvher way to the meeting room. Ji Won thought hard but she didn't know any Mr. Hyun involved in the business so maybe it was a personal mail. She tucked it inside the case of her ipad remembering to give it to her boss later.

Darkness has once again claimed the skies of London. It was already 9 in the evening. The employees were sent home via the office shuttle. A few were only left in the office including the head of legal, the chairwoman's secretaries and the chairwoman herself who are gathered inside the office on the top floor.
"Ji Hye-ssi, I placed sticky notes for some parts of the contract that needs to be reviewed. Ji Won and So Hee, there are some reminders that needs to be relayed to the department heads and that's a wrap for today, ladies. You may go home."
The chairwoman announced as she closed the leather bound folder containing the run through of the daily events and documents that they have released. The senior secretary retrieved the envelope that she received earlier and placed it on the chairwoman's desk before getting the folder. Ye Jin looked at Ji Won questioningly.
"A security staff gave it to me earlier. He said that it was sent to YSH Paris by a Mr. Hyun from Nice. I do not recall a Mr. Hyun from any of our business transactions. Do you know someone?"
Ye Jin was shocked at what her secretary said. A sound escaped her which was a mixture of distaste, anger, pain, and everything related to them. The head of legal stood up from her sit and held her bestfriend's hand and tried to calm her down.
The chairwoman laughed inaudibly due to her bestfriend's actions.
"I'm fine. It's already been 15 years but if this is an invitation for me to attend his wedding then he can go to hell. He's too audacious."
Ye Jin tore the envelope open and her guess was right at one point. It was indeed an invitation but it wasn't for a wedding but rather it was for a reunion. Tears started to form in the corner of her eye which made the junior secretary hand her a box of tissue.

"Ye Jin-ah, will you accept it?"
The chairwoman silently stared at the piece of parchment. It was already an overwhelming day due to the problems that they needed to manage and now her past is knocking on her doorstep. She said goodbye to her life in Seoul 15 years ago. She made a choice to cut ties with the friends that she considered her family because of that one tragic night 15 years ago.
"Ji Won-ssi and So Hee-ssi you can now go. I'll take it from here."
Ye Jin stayed frozen on her sit. Ji Hye was getting worried but she also needs to go home because of her children. She grabbed her phone from the coffee table and dialed a friend that can help them.
"Nam Gil-ssi, are you busy?"
