CHAPTER 6

SOPHIE'S POV

I woke up to a blinding white light. My eyes took some time to adjust to the light  When I could see the place it looked familiar. I was in eterelia ,I guess this is the spelling of the elvin capital, if its not let me know in the comments near the councillors castles. I wondered why would the neverseen bring me here, that too near the councillors. I tried to stand up but the pain in my body was too much. I fell victim to the darkness and everything went blank.

time skip

I woke up and wondered were I was, Then i remembered I was in eternlia, the elvin capital near the councillors castle. The neverseen had tortured me for telling them about Mr.Forkle. I looked at myself and saw that almost my whole body was purple, I was surprised i was even alive, I looked at my chest and saw that the area surrounding my heart and lungs were not purple but the shadowflux was spreading fast. I only had some more hours and then i would be dead. I tried to shout for help but no voice came out of my mouth. My throat felt like a foreign object. I thought about Fitz, my love for him and how I would not be alive to tell him how much I loved him And about my adoptive parents,how they will suffer if i died and about all my friends. I  looked around my surroundings, I was under a tree i think but i couldn't  move my neck to confirm it. Even moving my eyeballs hurted so much for me. 

The cool wind brushed against me and something touched my arm, I surprisingly had enough strength pick it up , I read it. It was a note, A note from Neverseen.

SOPHIE,

                WELL, WE ALL KNOW AND EVEN YOU KNOW THAT YOU ARE GONNA DIE, LET'S HOPE YOUR LITTLE FRIENDS, 'THE COUNCILLORS' FIND YOU ATLEAST AFTER YOU DIED FOR YOUR PLANTING OR EVEN BETTER BEFORE YOU DIE SO WE HAVE ANOTHER CHANCE TO GET THE ANSWER FROM YOU, FOR OUR QUESTION. SO IF WE HAPPENED TO MEET AGAIN ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS CORRECTLY OR YOU WILL SUFFER EVEN MORE. SHE ACTUALLY WENT EASY ON YOU OTHERWISE YOU WOULD HAVE DIED LONG AGO.SO SOPHIE IF YOU ALIVE TO LEAVE THIS LETTER REMEMBER BEING OUR ENEMY IS NOT EASY.

                                                                                                                                                                              NEVERSEEN

I gasped at the letter.How could they be so cruel?And what did they mean by amaya being easy on me?How was this being easy?

I was thinking about this and i felt even more tired , I looked at my chest and saw that the shawdowflux had spread fast, my eyes became blurry and my breathing became even more heavier. I was about to be consumed by the darkness when I heard two voices coming towards this side, I heard one of them call my call my name and run towards where i was lying limp. I could't recognise who it was. The other one just stood still. I hoped that they would save me and I let the darkness consume me which maybe will be for the last time..........................
