No lies

Chapter 2

As we walked in Riley was in front of me and Lucas was behind me. I saw Josh and ran straight towards him and for the first time he hugged me back. After we had all meet up again and mingled, we all ran towards the biggest sofa I had ever seen! Lucas sat half on the arm, next to him was Josh, me, Riley and Farkel was also half on the arm of the sofa. Cory, Topanga, Alan and Amy all sat at the dark grey table and bright purple chairs.
A while later there was a knock at the door, Topanga gets up to answer it. There was a beautiful girl with almost white blonde hair that was dip dyed pastel pink. You could see that she had been crying and was tired. Josh jumped out of his seat like he was a jack-in-the-box and ran over to her. She gave Topanga a quick hug before she was swept of her feet and was spun around the room in Josh's arms. He squeezed her and kissed her. Little tears ran down their faces, but they both had gorgeous smiles across their faces. I couldn't help think that i wanted that some day. I wanted someone to love me that much that they nearly killed me because they loved me. He let her down with his back facing us. They whispered. All we could hear were sniffles. He took her hand and lead her to his bed room. Riley, me, Farkel and Lucas all turned to face the adults.
"Um"
"Who"
"Was"
"That"
We all said taking turns to say each part of the sentence. Alan and Cory told us that her name was Paige and she was Josh's girlfriend.
"Why were they crying when he hugged her." Farkel asked.
They told us that Paige's boss was extremely rude and that she starts work at 7am and finishes at 8:40pm. She works every day even on Saturdays and Sundays so she has no time to spend with family, friends or Josh. As a cause of this, they hadn't seen each other for 3 months.
