You woke up the next day and get ready, once you were done you headed off to class with Hermione. You went to potions class and sat down. The person sitting next to you was always Harry because that is just how Snape set everyone but I walked into Ginny sitting in my seat. I walked up to the desk and stood there. Snape wasn't in yet, he is always the last one there so I just stood there and then said something as Hermione was sitting right next to them.

y/n- ahem... this is my seat.

Ginny- not anymore, this is my seat now

y/n- I'm pretty sure this has always been my seat and yours is in the back Ginny so move please.

Hermione gave me a look and I looked at her like what? At least I said please...

Ginny- are you going to make me?

y/n- You want to go there Ginny? So help me I wi-

Harry- y/n!

I looked at harry and then at Hermione and she mouthed sit down!

y/n- I will go sit in your seat..

Ginny- that is what I thought.

everyone was starring at me and then Draco seriously had to say something.

Draco- OoooOOoo ( he did that little howl thing )

y/n- shut it Malfoy!

then Snape walked in and as he got to the front of the class he looked around

Snape- Mrs.Black, what are you doing out of your seat?

y/n- I could ask Mrs.Weasley the same thing..

I looked over to her and she looked at me with the rude look

Snape- Ginny why are you in her seat?

Ginny- she was in mine and told me to move to her seat, she even threatened me.. right Harry..

you looked at Harry and he looked back at you then to Ginny then to Snape..

Harry- that is correct sir..

Hermione looked at harry with her jaw dropped and so did Ron and everyone in the class.

Snape- detention Mrs.Black with me after class

y/n- your kidding right?

Snape- want to make it two?

you just put your head down and waited for class to end at this point, near the end of class everyone was packing up and then class was over. You started to get up.

Snape- Mrs. Black stay remember..

you sit back down and then Harry and Ginny passed you, Ginny smiling with the biggest grin on her face and Harry looking at you with a sorry look on his face, you understood that Harry needed to be on Ginny's side but this much was a little MUCH. One hour later Snape let you go, you walked out of the class, you looked forward and see Hermione reading while waiting for you.

y/n- have you been sitting and reading for a whole hour?

Hermione- yes.. what is wrong with that?

y/n- your amazing Hermione Granger

you both laugh and you sit next to her on the floor.

Hermione- what did he make you do?

y/n- nothing really just had to sort some cauldrons and what not ( you laugh ) why did harry put me under like that?
