Finally understand

Kayla runs away from the music room usually when she gets scared and runs away from Damian she just leaves the room or goes to a corner and stays there until he will leave but this time she has to keep running cause today he ran after her. she didn't have a chance in running away from him and she knows this sure she's fast when she's hopping like the kangaroo she is but Damian can fly and really fast too, but still she didn't stop hopping until it was too late. Suddenly she stopped hearing the demon behind her. It was only for a second she turned her neck while she hopped and didn't see him but then when she turned her head back there he was flying still right in front of her.

Kayla shrunken in fear from the presence of the demon who just stood there. Kayla was so scared that she didn't even manage to think about why isn't he saying anything? Why did he chase after her? What happened to his free and lack of control personality? or any other thing that made this time so different from any other encounter she ever had with the antichrist.

What did you think about the song? was all Damian said after just floating there in front of scared to death Kayla. she didn't know where that came from and she didn't care only one look at his eyes could tell how mad is he right now so Kayla just said what she thought Damian wanted to hear "it was nice I loved it" she said with shaking tone and leaked face that told Damian she didn't put any real thought about the song itself before answering.

"You don't need to worry about me anymore, I won't bother you ever again," Damian said, starting to fly from there. confused about what just happened without even thinking Kayla just asked "what?" and got an answer she never expected to hear "I don't like you anymore don't know if I ever did maybe you keeping to reject me just made me want you more but that's it, I can never really love someone like you, someone who just judge based on origin so that's it" Kayla needed a second to take in what just happened but before she could she noticed the demon was no longer there she decided to head home so she could sit down and think about what happened just now.

After parting with Kayla Damian headed home himself but the road to hell from school is a little longer than the normal student needs to walk to the dormitories so he had some time to think about everything that happened and he could tell that he lied to himself and her. Damian still loved Kayla he didn't want to but that's not how love works. He hated her at the moment for judging him and what he does, his very own art based on his race, but he knew he couldn't blame her for that, that's just how the surface teaches their citizens to believe. Almost all of the surface communities and cultures were about how people should pray for an unknown entity to protect them against the devil.

And so Damian still loves Kayla, what happened today didn't change that but it did help him understand it ain't gonna happened like he wanted he's not gonna be with her not as her boyfriend, not her friend barley even as her classmate with how she starts to run every time he's in the room so it's just ain't gonna happen

At least not naturally, Damian tried to separate Kayla and Zill before but now he's serious he always though Zill was the one obstacle he has to finally be with Kayla, now he understands there is much more to it then he though: her Christian parents, her massive fear of the demon race, the surface cultures all are an obstacle in his way.

On his way home Damian understood playtime is over, it's not only about to be Kayla boyfriend anymore now he wants more than that he wants her to himself and he's gonna do anything to get that, this time her will have nothing to do with this she's gonna be his, so what if he said he will never bother her again just a small single lie before a life of happiness with her not as his girlfriend but as his property.

Damian's playful and lousy attitude maybe can make people to not take him seriously but do not forget he is a pure-blooded demon, the antichrist, and even the son of Satan himself and now he plans on using all of those resources to finally destroy all of his obstacles and take what belongs to him.
