"Alex!! Alex!! Can you hear me?" Emma's voice snapped me, allowing me to open my eyes.
"Alex, you're floating. Get down here," Jack chimed in.
I slowly opened my eyes, coming back to reality. And as I did, things weren't exactly normal anymore. Everyone is surrounded me while I was floating in the air. As soon as I understood what was happening I'm lying flat on ground. While everyone ran towards me, Stephen stood there, laughing. True best friend. I couldn't really tell if others were concerned or just laughing real hard on the inside.
"Awwwww...that hurt," I whined.
"Alex!! Are you okay!?" Justin asked concerned, helping me stand up.
"Lets go downstairs," Elena motioned us inside. But I moved towards the beach, feeling unable to breathe. Almost felt like someone or something choking me or I might just be having a panic attack.
"Hey, I'm here. calm down," Justin soothed me.
"Breathe. I'm right here," he chimed.
"Can you hear me!?" Elena soothed back mimicking Justin's tone.
"Rebel, How many fingers am I holding?" Stephen asked raising three fingers. Gueninely concerened.
"Th-Three!! Why did you hit your head too!" I smirked, trying to hide for the fact I'm not my normal self. Something's different. I have to wait till I find how it turns out.
"She's fine people," Stephen confirmed looking a bit relieved.
"Now that the cat's out of the bag, what the hell is happening?" I yelled. Finally. I can shout it out after the big show before.
"Well, you're fine now. And you don't have to think about it anymore," Elena choked perfectly hiding everything with a simple smile. And others followed her lead. So I had a plan to make'em talk. Max is a blabber-er. Tell him a secret and ask him to keep it safe. He's gonna break and choke real fast.
"Mmhm. Right. Anything you wanna add Max," I encouraged. He just denied while others glared at him, warning not to speak.
"You better speak up buddy or I'm gonna do much worse than what they will," I retorted.
"God! Just tell them already. It's better than her finding it by herself. A-And you know she will," Max cried to everyone.
"Look Alex, you don't have to worry about it anymore. Can you leave it at just that?" Emma yelled.
"Leave it? Oh You want me to leave it? Oh-you," as I was about to burst in anger, Justin beat me to it.
"Are you kidding me? You're asking us to leave it. Just like that," Justin yelled.
"Guys I think we're making the situation worse than it already is" Jack spoke trying to stop what already seems worse.
"Yeah. I would like to know what the heck is happening too my cousin, and to what I just witnessed, I'm sure you guys know whatever that is happening," Iris added folding her hands, giving nasty eye to everyone.
"Yeah-Wait, what you mean by 'what I just witnessed'," I asked suprised.
"Are we talking about me floating or-?" I couldn't finish the sentence as I don't know what exactly I'm talking.
"Just tell them already," Max whined.
"We're listening," Iris retorted.
"Max, you better shut up, You're going to feel a lot air inside you", Jack warned.
"Guy it's nothing. It was nothing," Elena stated trying to sound cool.
"Nothing?" Justin yelled.
"There we go again with the nothing excuse," I raised my hands in the air accepting deafeat. I'm too exhausted for this. And I couldn't handle it anymore. I sat down near the shore, waiting for the real talk to start.
