After dinner I washed my face brushed my teeth and got into bed. My mind was fully of so much confusion that I would never understand. I eventually avoided the thoughts and allowed sleep to take over.

After I put my shoes on I left meeting Paris outside and getting in her car.

"You feeling better ?" She asked.

"Just fine" I said lying through my teeth.

I had multiple nightmares but last night had to be the worst. Ever dreamt of your self dying in your dreams ? Well....

"We here" Paris said holding my hand. "You sure your okay ?"

I took a deep breath and nodded.

"I'm sure, let's just get in before we late"

We both got out the car and all eyes where on me. Since I left yesterday everyone looked at me like a dead girl walking.

"Oh so you actually showed up ? Should have kept your ass at home" Aden said pushing me into my locker.

Paris balled up her fist and punched him.

"Leave her alone" she said.

"Shut up stupid bitch, don't lemme get my girls to do you like they do her" he said feisty.

I just pulled Paris and continued walking on. Fuck getting my books I rather just be in the class listening to music and taking notes.

"You gottah start fighting back Lani"

"I will...I promise" I said sighing.

Paris looked so angry and it made me angry. She shouldn't be angry because of me...it's not right. I gottah make a change. I text Yani.

L : pick me up from school.

Y : why ? What's happened this time ?😑😡

L: I wanna do karate

Y : *sighs* it don't start till after school baby sis

I sighed.

L : fine, pick me up then

Y: iyte, have a good day

I ignored that text, knowing god damn well I wasn't gonna. I took a deep breath and sat in my seat with Paris sitting behind me, I slipped on my headphones and begun my music and doodling.

After I expressed my final feelings to Adrien, he didn't take me seriously, he just laughed and said I'm stupid for my actions. Which made everything worst. I was gonna bully Leilani 10x worst today because of it. After Paris punched me in my chest, I knew I had to be strong on Leilani, then I had to get Colby to distract Paris fuck up their friendship then build a new one with Leilani all over again.

"Yo man lets go class"

"Iyte" I thought. "Yo , you spoke to Paris yet ?"

"Nah...I might this lesson, you really think she feeling me ?"

"I know...she told me" I said stirring the handle of my pot.

"Cool" he said with a smirk.

What I was doing was dangerous but...I'm the water so once the fire is created I shall put the fire out.

Aden and Colby walked into class happy af. I rolled my eyes and kept my head down drawing. I hated maths any ways. I paused my music quickly to hear the conversation happening at the back.

"Sup Pari" Colby said.

"It's Paris" she said with slight attitude.

"My bad, thought I could fit a nickname in there"

She started giggling.

"Whatever, what you want"

"Just wanted to see if you was good" he said.

"I'm good, Wbu ?"

"Yeah I'm iyte..I would be better if I got your number"

I shook my head and turned round about to say something till I was beat to it.

"Df you turning round for ?" Aden said.

"I was go---"

"---ok enough babbling...turn round you dismissed"

I just turned my little ass back around and sighed. The quicker these karate and dance lessons the better.

I was in the line alone...Colby had taken Paris some where and I haven't since her since maths. I picked up mash potatoes with melted cheese, beams and sausages, to wash it down with fanta twist and chocolate cake and custard for desert. I was walking round looking for a seat when I saw Paris sitting with Colby, Aden and them. I walked over.

"Ummm Paris ?" I said a little confused.

"My bad girl I was caught in the convo, give me a few seconds"

I nodded and begun to walk to our original table when i was tripped up. I fell flat face in the custard and the mash beams and cheese was all over my clothes, the cup of fanta was tipped all in my hair. I sighed stood back up. The whole cafe was laughing and I stood there hopeless. Paris stop there with a emotional look on her face.

"Leilani I'm so---"

"---save it"

I walked out phoning Yani to pick me up. She was off on Tuesdays so it was good.

"What happened ?" She gasped when I got in the car.

"Aden Brooks happened"
