Alone

Taizai and Tasukete

     Another week passed since I had escaped, and I was taking a nap. But then I heard someone walking by, and they woke me up. "Hey Tasukete, can we go get something to eat? I'm starving!" A girl asked.

"Sure. Where should we go?" A guy replied.

"Um...How about Mitskune's?" She asked.

"Sure." The boy replied. I turned to look at them, and saw a girl with short brown hair, and a guy with blond hair. They were about the same age as me. I quickly ducked down, hoping that they wouldn't notice me.But I guess that didn't work.

     "Huh?" The girl said confused, as she turned and looked at me. "Tasukete, look over there!" She pointed.

"Huh? It's just a boy." He replied.

"Yes, but he's all alone!" She argued. "We have to go help him! He looks poor and hungry!" She yelled.

"Fine..." the boy said with a sigh.

"Yay!" The girl answered. They both came running my way. Suddenly, the girl stood right in front of me, and staired right into my blue eyes, and I staired back into her brown eyes. "Hey there!" She said with a smile.

"Uh!?" I said surprised.

"I'm Taizai Foeba! What's your name!?" She asked with a smile.

"I-I'm Hitori Kanashimi." I replied. Not long after my answer, the boy arrived.

"Sorry about her." He said.

"Its alright." I replied.

"I'm Tasukete Furendo." He said with a smile.

"Nice to meet you." I replied.

"We were wondering if you'd like to join us to go eat at Mitskune's?" Tasukete asked.

"No thanks." I replied. "I'm not hungry." I continued.

"Are you sure?" Taizai asked.

"Yes." I answered. But at that very moment, my stomach growled. I hadn't eaten all day. But I needed to avoid being out in the open.

"Hm? Oh come on, you sound hungry." Tasukete confirmed. "Your welcome to join us, I'll pay." He added. I staired at him for awhile, determining what I should do, before finally answering.

"Fine." I answered.

"Yay! This'll be so much fun!" Taizai exclaimed.

     What had I gotten myself into? I cant afford to be around anyone...It's to risky...I'm such a screw up...At that moment, we all arrived at Mitskune's, and took a seat. "Now then, what shall we have?" Tasukete asked.

"Oh! Oh! How about a bowl of Curry with shrimp, and rice!?" Taizai asked.

"Sure." Tasukete answered with a smile. "Is that fine with you Hitori?" He asked.

"Its fine." I replied.

"Alright." He answered. Not long after ordering our food, it arrived. And we all enjoyed it.

     After eating, we all walked outside. "That was fun!" Taizai exclaimed with a smile.

"Hitori, will you be fine walking home by yourself?" Tasukete asked.

"Hm? Yes, I'll be fine." I answered.

"Alright, well I'll see you around." He said.

"Bye!" Taizai said.

"Bye." I replied and then started walking away. I was so happy that it was over...And that I didn't hurt anyone...
