Sloan's POV-

It's been a month since my parents died. They both got really sick and pleaded to die together. What sucks is that I never had the relationship I wanted with them. I went to music school out of state after I graduated high school. My sisters Farah and Lora went to school closer to home.

Farah models all over the world for different designers. Meanwhile, Lora is the youngest lawyer in her firm. Me? I'm Sloan. Famous singer who writes for other famous musicians. Also one who dances. What can I say? We're young and successful. Wealthy I may add.

We were all claiming our part of the inheritance and received some shocking news.

"It states right here that Farah gets all the vacation houses and a car. I get half the family business and a car of course. And you get the mansion and well, a car. We all get an equal 2 billion each." Lora said reading over things.

"Half?" Farah questioned.

"Yeah, it looks like the other half goes to some guy name Darius Johnson. I looked into him, he does good work and makes more money that Daddy." She said looking at files.

"I see." Farah said.

I seen Lora scrunch her eyes in confusion which made me look confused as well.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"It looks like Farah and I have to live with you for a year in order for you to claim the house and Farah claim the vacation houses. I guess for preparation?" She said.

"Are you serious? We're grown women. Why do we need to live together?" Farah shouted angrily.

"Calm down. We all never 100% got along anyways and the only time we seen each other is if it's a holiday. This would be good for us." She said reassuringly.

"No way. I'm not doing it." Farah said stubbornly.

"Well then I can't sign it over." She said.

"Farah why are you always so damn stubborn. It's only a year." I said sternly.

Farah turned to me and said with an attitude, "Says the one who left home."

"Says the one who doesn't wanna see her sister happy." I said in an aggravating tone. I stood up quickly and put my hand on the knob. I then heard Lora say my name softly. I turned to her.

"I'm not done reading the will," she said.

"Lora we know what we have to do to claim our properties. Farah doesn't want to so what's the point in continuing." I said quickly.

"Fine. I'll do it. I don't have time for you two crying in my ear anyways." Farah said irritatedly.

With that, I left quickly. God Farah makes me so mad. As soon as her high school year started, she acted bitchy towards me and still does. I don't know what's going on in that brain of hers but I do not have the time nor energy to entertain it. I hope she keeps her distance. The house is big enough to do so.

I got in my car and drove home immediately while trying to avoid being recognized. Something told me I should've stayed and listened to Lora go over the rest of the will but I was too irritated. Lora made a group chat and told Farah and I to pack up everything we needed. Turns out we are moving tomorrow morning. Which of course made me mad. I had to go out and buy more suitcases. I knew I didn't need to pack up any furniture because I always liked how our house was furnished.

I got home, packed my bags, showered, then ate while watching The Office. I don't care how old I am. Cereal while watching The Office is my idea of fun.

I was in the middle of having my fun when my boyfriend Evan came in the house with thousands of questions. Mainly, why was I moving with my sisters and why he couldn't come with. He screamed at me. I'll be honest, Evan gets pretty scary. I questioned myself often on why I was still with him. After hearing him rage on, I stood up, looked him dead in his eyes, and unhesitatingly said, "I'm moving in with my sister because that's what I chose to do. If you have a problem with it. You could leave, not only my house, but my life entirely."

He looked at me in such shock then got angry. I stormed in the room and slammed the door. I quietly grabbed my suitcases and went to my car. I drove to a nearby hotel and got me a room. As soon as I got to the room, I lied down and just started thinking. I most definitely didn't have time for his bullshit. Not tonight at least. At this point, I was willing to let this relationship fall down the drain. My family and fans didn't really like him anyways. He only acted kind in public to win them over but I can tell people saw through his bullshit.

The next morning, I woke up late and was rushing trying to get ready. I got on the plane and flew to New York City. My hometown. Before I got into the limo, Lora FaceTimed the group chat. I answered pretty confused.

"Girls we have a problem. There are currently three guys standing in front of me. Believe it or not, I think they're apart of the will."
