Hypothetical~

"That's an odd universe name." Ibara states.

"Yeah, and it's a sad one too." Lillith winces.

"Do the kids need to leave?" Mandalay asks worried for Eri and Kota. 

"Uhm I mean... it's mostly hypothetical speaking so I don't think they have to, it just mentions death." Lillith tries to explain as vaguely as possible.

"Whatever just start it already," Katsuki yells annoyed. Lillith shrugs letting the universe start.

The sound of a door could be heard, Shinso standing in a door frame holding the door open with his left hand as the right holds a fruit basket.

In the room, Uraraka and Shoto Todoroki were sitting on either end of a bed, Shoto holding someone's scarred hand close to his face as the sound of beeping could be heard through the entire room.

"Are they in a hospital? Kero." Tsu asks innocently.

"Yep."

"Doesn't that scarred hand look familiar?" Mina points out.

"I swear I've seen it before."

"Hmm now that you mention it yeah it does look familiar," Jiro says trying to look at it better.

Shoto immediately knew whose hand it was. He glances at Izuku who sat next to him. He saw his hand and his eyes widened. Right he was the hand crusher, that's the joke he made while at the hospital when they took down Stain with Iida.

Uraraka looks over at Shinso with a glum expression, it looked like she hadn't slept in days.

In the corner of the room in a vase, lay dying flowers as Shinso placed the fruit basket next to them before walking to the end of the bed.

"Enough of the bad joke already, okay? Hero." Shinso spoke looking at the person in the bed.

There lay Izuku, his left eye covered with bandages, on the bottom of his right cheek was a big bandaid. His neck was wrapped up and he lay asleep, looking almost peaceful. 

The screen fades out.

"WHAT!?"

"Is he okay?"

"Is he dying!?"

"Is he alive?"

"Is he in a coma?"

"ENOUGH! You'll find out soon okay?" Lillith yells stopping everyone from asking any more questions.

"Is Deku~kun sick Lillith~kun?" Eri asks, looking up at Lillith. 

Lillith squeaks, when did the child get there!? She coughs embarrassed. 

"Yeah he's sick Eri, but maybe he'll get better. He's sick in that universe at least, not here okay?" Lillith says with a small smile. Eri nods, smiling happily.

"Okay thank you!" With that, she skipped over to her seat next to Kota who was also very relieved knowing Izuku wasn't actually sick.

~A month ago~

"If you knew you were going to die soon, what would you do?" Izuku spoke as Shinso looked at him confused, eating a burrito.

Multiple people spat their drinks, and many more choked.
