Katie's point of view
Oh my god. I'm so happy this is the last day of school, I don't think I can take the stress anymore of homework and getting pushed around by people I don't even know! Better yet people who dont know me. Let me tell you about myself, I'm Katie Brookes I go to a school full of rude people or fake people, It may sound rude but its true. Anyways! Im 16 years old Im from Californa but moved here to Omaha Nebraska and I live with my Mom and my 13 year old sister Jaiden. Oh I forgot to metion a little tiny thing.. Uhm, well i'm vine famous! I have 2 million followers and I have a youtube channel and yeah thats me!
So back to reality, Scince this is the last day of school i'm wearing what I want to wear because there is honestly nothing they can do about it now. So i'm probably going to wear..uhm.. Oh! my high wasted shorts and a baggy sweater! for my hair I'll just put it in a messy bun!
Once im done I start to do my make up so I grab my liquid eyeliner and do a little wing at the end of my eyes and put on some mascara. Once im done i head down stairs to see my mom and Jaiden eating Fruity Pebbles (See what i did there, Nash? Fruity pebbles? No? Okay.) so I walk over and grab a boul which is a stuggle for me because Im really short,I'm only 5'3 so yeah. I pour some of the cereal into the boul along with some milk and head over with my Mom and sister.. You may want to know where my dad is.. Well thats what alot of people dont know except for my best friend but she moved to Florida, so we dont get to talk as much.. But anyways when I nine years old my Dad was driving home from work and he got into a terrible car crash, we thought he was going to be late coming home and Mom tried calling him but later that night we got a call from the hospital, Dad was in a coma but eventually never woke up, I dont remeber much of this only being in the hospital and seeing Mom crying but as i got older mom told me more about it.. And for Jaiden she barley knew what was going on.. Honestly it was a nightmare that you cant wake up from.. Its terrible- "Uhm Katie why are you staring art me?" Jaiden said while glaring at me.
"Just thinking" i said quietly.
But ever since that day.. That year i have had major depression and anxiety and I still have it.. But once again back to reality. Right now mom and Jaiden are talking about school and i'm eating my fruity pebbles.
"Any boys that youre gonna miss" Mom asked Jaiden smirking.
"mom! stop!!" Jaiden said blushing
"Awh little Jai is blushing!! She has a crush!!"
Then i was getting a look that could kill from Jaiden. How nice! Once i was done eating my breakfast i go find my bookbag and throw some money in it for lunch and yell bye to Mom and Jaiden and leave for school. I usually take the bus to school but since I don't feel like getting bothered i'm just gonna walk. It only takes 10 minutes anyways. On my way into the school i see the usual. The people who think they're all cool smoking at the end of the school yard, The fake people looking out of the class window probably talking about who ever and what ever and then theres the overly perky teacher standing there staring at me.
"Good-morning Katie Cat!" Mr. Wence said smiling. Okay 'Katie Cat'? No. Just dont
"Oh uh-hey." I said avoiding eye contact whle walking into the school. I make my ways threw the halls and make it to my locker and put in my passcode. Once it unlocks i shove my bookbag into it and get my math books. When I walk into class I see all the guys smirking at me in the corner. Haha ew no. Then i see the fakes all sitting side by side. They literally look like the girls off of 'Mean Girls'.
About 5 minutes later class starts and were literally doing no work just talking about summer vacation and what we have in plan for it.
"Miss Brookes! What are you doing this summer?" Miss.Jackson asked.
"Uhm What ever happens I guess." I said looking at her.
She rolled her eyes and started talking to everyone else once again. I swear everone hates me here. Even the teachers! I did nothing to any of them. Sorry I dont fake my personalitie like the others. About 5 Classes later of doing absoulotley nothing its time to go home. I collect all my books and make my way out of the school and then I get shoved into a locker. Oh joy. I needed this.
"Dumbass" I say so the person knows they hit me.
"Oh sorry! Katie right? Im Jack, Jack Gilinsky" He says a little bit to jocky.
"Yeah bye." I say walking out.
On my way home theres a starbucks so i stop in there and get Strawberry and creme frappachino and a couple of cookies. Once i get home i make my way upstairs and lay down. Right when im almost passed out my phone starts ringing. Of course who could this be?!
"Hello?" I say into the phone.
"Hi is this Katie Brookes"
"Uhm yes?" I say back.
" Hi Katie this is the manager of digi tour! We saw your Vines and YouTube videos and we love you! We where all wondering if you want to join the tour and meet your fans?!" The lady says.
Wait DIGITOUR!!? Seriously!??
