*PG-13 for language*
A knock on my door wakes me up. I shoot up and see Andy at the foot of my bed. My mom walks in the room holding a tray of french toast.
"Happy Birthday, Minako!" She exclaims, setting the tray on my lap. "I see you've met Andy." She chuckles patting the pooches head.
"Yeah. Why did we get a dog?" I ask rubbing my eyes.
"Well, you always complained about not having a pet, so Andy is your birthday present from Tyler. He went and picked out Andy while dad and I were working." She says smiling.
"That's why Tyler asked me my favorite breed of dog and what I'd name a dog if I got one, a few months ago ." I say before taking a bite of french toast. "Sneaky fucker." I say after swallowing the first bite.
"Minako Graves, watch your language!"
"Sorry, mom thanks for breakfast in bed."

Taylor picks me up. She is in a much happier mood than the previous day.
"Happy birthday, I'm sorry about the necklace, Stumpy." She says sincerely .
"I'll live, today can't be as bad yesterday."
"That is a very true statement." She says laughing.
We pick up West and Avery. The whole car ride we're forced to listen to West talk about how great his girlfriend Rachel is. I really hope his isn't like this at the concert tonight. If he is, I'm gonna kick him in the dick.
We enter the oh sooo wonderful high school where we get our education. We all go our separate ways until we see each other at lunch.

First period managed to be a complete snooze-fest, I do not know how I am still awake. When Biology actually becomes relevant in the real world, that's when I'll care.
I make my way to second period when I'm stopped by the last people I want to see right now, the Fuckboys.
"Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you." They all begin to sing.
Oh no, this can't end in a positive way.
Harry picks me up and throws me over his shoulder.
Oh God no.
"Happy birthday dear, Mina. Happy birthday to you." They sing as Harry puts a branch through the straps of my backpack and leaving me to hang there in a tree.
"Are you fucking kidding me?!" I yell as they laugh and run off to class.
I need to get to Driver's Ed. Why the fuck would they put me in a fucking tree? I thought putting me in a locker yesterday was enough, but putting me in a fucking tree. How do fuckboys even think of these things?
I'd text or call someone, but my phone is in my backpack in a pocket I cannot reach. Great.

I've tried everything. I can't get out of this stupid tree. I've been dangling here for a good half an hour.
I hear a door open causing me to look in that direction. I see Tommy walking out of the school running his hand through his hair. What is he doing out here? He walks right past me, not even noticing that I'm here. He sits down on the curb and pulls out a cigarette.
"I didn't know, you smoked, Tommy." I say, causing him to jump and turn around to see me in the tree.
The cigarette falls from his lips. He coughs awkwardly. He looks like he's trying to figure out what to say.
