Each year when a young man or young woman turn the age of eighteen. A mark forms on their arm. If a person matches the missing part of their mark, it said that they are blessed to be together forever.
Most think it's just a simple tale to keep marriages together, others think it's fate to meet the love their life. However, for a young woman when she turned eighteen her mark did not show up.
Her brother often teased her playfully saying it would show up when it was ready. However, months went by and there was no sign of the mark anywhere sight.
