A.N. - I wrote this poem out of nowhere. It's about a girl with insecurities broken heart. And she asks another boy(who have feelings for the girl) to promise her so that she could take a risk........ a risk to love again. -----------------------------------------------------
Poem:
I hope the things I can't say, Are the things you only see. Tell me truly love, Are you really into me.
I know that love like yours Is like once in the blue moon. But the pain in my heart Makes me drunk before noon.
Will you stay or run away If I open up to you. Will you be by my side, your hands around me If I show you how vulnerable I could be.
The things he did to me took away the security Of loovee, to be loved. I'm not broken baby, it's now a part of me Can you promise one thing to give me that surety -
Say! You'll hold me when I break down.
Say! You'll listen when I want to talk my heart out.
Say! You won't leave when the things go a little wild.
Say! You'll never ever ever be on the other side.
Oh! If you promise then I can take a big risk I don't know how it'll work but baby trust me Please hold my hand so we can fix this.
Oh darling can't you really take the hints, That's my way to say, "I love you". I know how hard it is to admit it But baby I'm completely falling for you.
