7 Minutes in Heaven (NaruSasu)

Monday

First day of the week means back to school. Naruto and his friends walked down the hall talking about Suigetsus party and complaining about having to go back to work later that day.

"Hey Naruto, you never told us what happened between you and Sasuke on Friday." Kiba says suddenly with a slight smirk on his face.

The blonde glares at his best friend for bringing up what he had told him about that night in the closet.

I'm never telling this fucker anything ever again. Naruto thought as a he continued to shoot daggers at the smirking boy beside him.

"Oh yea, you never told us," Sai adds as he makes his way to the front of the group. "After you came out and before we went back to the living room I saw Sasuke standing there dazed."

"Nothing happened, we pretty much ignored each other the whole time." The blonde lies earning a quiet laugh from Kiba.

Before any of the other boys can say anything, a voice from down the hall interrupts them. They all look and see Suigetsu standing at his locker waving with Sasuke next to him with an annoyed expression on his face.

The group of boys make their way to them and say their short greetings to each other.

"Hey, I hope you guys enjoyed my party, even though you guys couldnt stay the night with Sasuke and I." Suigetsu said with an innocent smile as he discreetly nudges his raven friend.

"Can you stop that?!" Sasuke whisper yells as he nudges his friend back harder.

A smile playing a dangerous game creeps on Suigetsus face as he baby talks to Sasuke, "Why so grumpy Sasu, are you sad they didn't stay over, awe my poor baby!"

"You know sometimes I think 'hm Suigetsu can't get anymore annoying than he already is' and than you do this and prove me wrong."

"Anyways," Suigetsu says ignoring his friends remark. "My friends and I are going to go to the carnival tomorrow, are you guys gonna go?"

Naruto and the others look at each other silently asking if they should go. After a short moment they all nod, deciding right than and there that they would go too.

Suigetsu suggests that they all go together and meet up at the entrance of the carnival which the blond and the others agree to.

The bell rings and cuts off their conversation letting them know to head to last period. Sasuke leaves first with Naruto and Kiba behind him.

"I have decided to make this individual presentation into a partner presentation, I realized that some of you," Iruka says as he makes direct eye contact with Naruto. "Struggled with reading or finishing the books we had so I wanted to make it easier on the whole class, I'm simply only being nice because I want you all to pass and leave my class."

"What the fuck, why did he only look at me?!" Naruto said with a shocked and annoyed look.

"Because you never do your shit idiot." Sasuke mumbles under is breath, rolling his eyes at his table mate.

"Awe Sasu why you gotta be so mean to me?" Naruto says, earning a glare from the raven beside him.

"Don't call me that, just because suddenly our friends are buddy buddy does not mean we are."

"Didn't seem that way in the closet."

Before Sasuke can respond Iruka interrupts them, "Since this will be a partner presentation it will be longer, you will not be able to choose partners because you will be working with your table mate."

Of fucking course. The raven and fox thought as they sent glares towards each other.

Throughout the rest of class Naruto and Sasuke worked and argued over the presentation. Both of them soon realized they would need more than just class time to finish the project.

Sasuke begins to explain something to the blonde but he isn't listening. Naruto tunes him out and just stares at the raven before him. He looks at his eyes and than moves his gaze down to his lips. The way they move mesmerized the fox.

"Are you fucking listening?"

Naruto is brought out of his thoughts as Sasuke smacks his head.

"Ow what the hell dude!"

"I said we should use our time in detention to work on our stupid presentation."

"Detention?" Suddenly Naruto remembers what had happened on Friday. Sasuke calling him a faggot and them fighting over it. The memory of that made Narutos mood change.

"Oh I remember now, yea whatever we can work on it during detention."

Before Sasuke can respond Naruto put his earbuds in and started to work on the presentation again.

The raven gave a confused look at the sudden coldness Naruto was giving him.

Throughout the rest of class and detention Sasuke kept pondering over what made Narutos mood change so suddenly in class. Was it something I said? Do I apologize even if I don't know what I did wrong? He thought as the blonde quickly left as soon as detention was over.

Sasuke walks out of the classroom and heads to his locker. He sees Naruto walking towards his group of friends. He notices them laughing and joking around, including Naruto.

The raven than realizes that Naruto was upset with him and only him. He bangs his head against the lockers and groans.

"Why is this bothering me so much?"

I know I know I know. It's trash and short :). Im sorry. I will try to make the next part better because this was just horrible. I feel like it's moving too fast with Naruto and Sasuke. Please let me know if I need to slow down! Also let me know if you want POV of them and possibly from the others as well! I'm trying to work on my writing so please be patient with me haha.
