I got up in the morning and did my morning routine. Today I had no work as my boss's nephew had come from England so he gave the day off. It was a Friday so anyways I would be at home for the next 3 days. I went and sat for breakfast. While having breakfast Lisa told " Let's go to the mall today ". " Ya, it's since such a long time we have gone for shopping " Rose added. " I don't want to go " I told sadly. " You are coming with us, or else I swear I'll fall from the te-" Rose was telling but I cut her off. " Fine I'll come. Can you stop with the falling thing " I told angrily. Whenever I don't agree with something she will start black mailing me that she would fall from the terrace. We then went back to our rooms and got ready. I was wearing a red shirt and white shorts. " I'll miss you Bugsy " I told while petting him.
Time skip to mall
We were shopping clothes and accessories and had an ice cream. We were walking and going then few men stopped in front of us. There were 10 of them. I saw a guy and I tried to remember who he was as I saw him somewhere. I suddenly remembered that it was the guy who was taking drugs from Jungkook the other day. His men had grabbed the girls and pulled them behind him. " How dare you!! Leave them no-" Before I could finish he grabbed my hair and pulled me towards him. " How dare you talk to me like that young girl. I know that you aren't that man's friend. Do you know who am I? " He asked me. " No one cares " I told but he pulled my hair even more tighter. I shook my head as a no. " I am a gangster and I can kill you anytime. " He told glaring at me. He then looked back at the girls and turned to me. " As punishment of seeing what I did, how about I have fun with your friends? " He asked me. The people who were surrounded gasped. " I will kill you " I told but then he threw me on one of the shop's glass. It broke and immense pain striked. He pulled my hair again and I was glaring at him. " Put those eyes down " He commanded but my eyes never left his. He pushed me to the steel rod next to me. It hurts a lot but he still didn't leave my hair. " Hey!! Leave my friend you asshole " Rose told from behind. " Kill them " He told his men. But then some other guy came and started killing his men one by one. It was..... Jungkook.
Jungkook POV
I thought of buying few clothes from the mall and I spotted a huge crowd. I thought that some show was going on so I started moving away from there but then I heard a glass break. I went towards the crowd and saw that Y/n was bleeding and that man was catching her hair. My blood was boiling. How can he touch my girl!!. He then hit her again with the steel rod. He is so dead. I then went and started killing his men one by one.
Y/n POV
This gangster man ran away from there when all his men were killed. Then all the girls came running towards me. " Y/n are you okay? " Jennie came and hugged me. All of them started crying. " Hey girls stop. I am the one who has got hurt here not you all " I shushed all of them. I looked at Jungkook who looked at me with no expression. He then walked away from us. I sighed, " Come now let's go home " .
Jungkook POV
I was angry. Even a smile could be enough. She just looked at me like I am some abnormal creature. I sighed but then a rod hit my head. I fell down. That gangster man was there in front of me. " You asshole, how dare you kill my men huh? " He told and hit me again. I hissed in pain. But then I heard Y/n's voice.
Y/n POV
We were walking out of the mall when I saw that man again hitting Jungkook. My heart clenched. I ran to catch him who was struggling in pain. I hugged him immediately kneeling down. " D-don't beat him please. " I looked at that man. " Oh wow. You love him, now let's see how long will you get beaten to save your little boyfriend " With that they started beating me. I hugged Jungkook tightly. He was shocked and had tears in his eyes. I smiled at him. The girls couldn't do anything as his men were catching them again. They kept on shouting my name. Then Jungkook got up immediately and took his knife and killed them without any mercy. He then looked at the girls then me. He lifted me bridal style and took me to my house.
Time skip
It was night and we all sat on the sofa. Jungkook was applying medicine for Rose's face. Even the girls got hurt as the gangster's men had slapped them and hit them multiple times. After applying for her he then started applying for Lisa, then Jisoo and then Jennie. She was smiling like an idiot. Then he came to me. I had nothing but care in my eyes for him. He risked his life just to save me? Why? Am I that special to him? He kept on staring at my lips. I cleared my throat. He then kept the box on the table. " I want to go for a walk " I told and got up. " I'll take care of her " Jungkook told to the other girls and they nodded. We were now near the park next to the lake and we were walking silently without talking. " Are you still angry with me? " He asked. " Yes " I replied without looking at him. He sighed and told " There is a reason why I am doing this". " Tell" I told.
Jungkook Flashback
I was 5 years old and had a loving mother. We were poor, never did we have that much money to get what we want. My mom was a maid while my dad used to drink and sleep on the streets. When he wanted money he would come ask my mom and when she denied he would beat her up with no mercy. One day they were fighting on the street for the same reason and had an accident with a truck. From then I was all alone. I found an elder man who asked me my problem and I told everything. He told that if I sell drugs I would get the money. From then I am a drug pedlar.
End of Flashback Y/n POV
I stopped in my tracks. He then looked at me and told " It's fine I know that you don't like people like me " He sighed. " Tell me the truth. Do you like me? " I asked.
Jungkook POV
She asked me if I liked her. I asked myself, do I like her? " Yes, I want you more than anything " I answered. What she did next made me frozen. She pecked me.
Y/n POV
I pecked him. He was shocked. " I-i don't know how to kiss so" I was looking down. But then he placed his finger under my chin and kissed me. I felt his plumply lips. I felt so good and felt that I was cared by a man from his heart. I placed my hands on his shoulder. We pulled out due to the lack of oxygen. He kept on staring at me. " Do you know, it was my first kiss " I told while blushing. " Good, or else I would have killed the man who already kissed you before " He told playfully. I hit his shoulder. " Ouch, it hurts. Now in return another kiss " He told. " Nope " I giggled as he whined. " Y/n, I want to tell you something. As my mother was the only one who loved me I barely remember what is love because I was never loved by anyone. Will you teach me what is love? " He asked holding my hands. I chuckled. I hugged his waist and kept on walking with him and asked, " Do you miss me when I'm away from you? ". " Yes, a lot " He told. " Do you care for me? " I continued. " More than myself " He told. " Can you live without me for a day? " My last question. " Never " He told and looked at me. I stopped and told " This shows that you love that person " I smiled.
Jungkook POV
I smiled back at her. " Will you be my girlfriend? " He asked. She was shocked. " Can you repeat that again" She told. " Be my girlfriend babygirl " I told again. " Yessssss, I would love to " She told and jumped on me. I hugged her back and told " I love you honey bun ". " I love you too my kookie " She told and giggled. " Now you are only mine, no one's, mine " I told. " I'm only yours " She told and kissed my cheek. We then walked back home...
