A world where all animated characters can come to the real world, with few exceptions .
the characters show must be on hold ( in between seasons) or the show has ended, for them to come to the real world.
It is illegal to fangirl/boy over characters and have perverted thoughts unless the character has developed a romantic relationship with you.
If a character's show is on hold, when the show starts to premiere again, they will return to their world. Their memories of the real world will be erased for the time being. Once they return from their show they will regain all their memories. It's vice versa. They will not remember their world while in the real world either.
You cannot bring dead characters back to life.
Villains will be under strict watch.
Characters cannot view or see their shows or movies. Yet, they will live their lives as normal individuals.
Funerals will be held in both worlds for a characters death
Characters cannot die in the real world.
At the age 13, you (real person) are given a choice, you can make your-self 2-d or stay the same.
2-d people and characters have the physical qualities as a 3-d individual yet they still look 2-6
(so if you are punched by a character it wont feel like paper)
Recovery girls are admitted from both worlds to help everyone, incase a character gets into a fight with a 3-d person and use their powers.
