To begin, we will have an area where readers can recommend a novel that they think deserves recognition. Or, you can recommend yourself, if you want. (Book must be 4K reads or less). Keep in mind, that if you 'self-nominate'— that you help support other authors as well. Support is the best kind of recognition. (Think back on your novel. Yeah, someone recognized you, but when nobody else supports you, or reads your story— it defeats that purpose. Don't let anyone feel like that.)
Each person will be numbered 1-_ by me or the co-owner, and each month we will randomly generate a number. Whoever's number is picked, will be "the book of the month" and will receive reviews on their book, new active readers, and shoutouts. I will try my very best to get other audience members to read this, as well. (We can't exactly force them, lol!)
This will happen every month. I myself will be actively reading your story, as will 2-3 of the reviewers. (Maybe more, it just depends on their schedules.) Our 'Advocate' will make announcements in consideration of "The monthly book", as well as plenty of shoutouts. The Co-owner(s) will possibly be actively reading. Any team member has the option to read your book!
This is all, and we will begin "the monthly book" in NOVEMBER.
