What is happening in this place?
In the land I call my home?
Corruption, murder, destruction and chaos.
That is what is happening here.
And all for what reason?
Because we wanted peace and we were ready to fight for it.
Because we are fighting for the same thing you once fought for.
Innocent people die everyday.
Brave men and women,
People doing their everyday business.
They all had people who cared for them.
Just as you have people who care for you.
Their lives thrown away like it means nothing.
And all for what reason?
Because they dared to hope that things could be better?
Because they were willing to take a chance?
Do they expect us to shy away from the problem like we have for this long?
Do they expect us to keep quiet while children are killed daily?
No we won't.
We will fight because we know we can win.
We will fight because we want our freedom.
We will fight because we have been quiet for too long.
Our silence has been taken and compliance and we refuse to let you think that any longer.
We refuse to let you control us.
We refuse to let you continue giving us a bad name.
We refuse to act ignorant.
You gave us no choice and now we fight back.
We fight back for a better tomorrow.
