"fuck you calculus. Fuck you Mr. Witherbead. Fuck y'all"

"Alright save the speech for graduation. For now you're still a student and on school property" I say giving Amber a smack on the head

"Fuck you Amanda" she gives me her middle finger along with her 'do-I-look-like-I-care' face. She throws her papers into the air and laughs as they litter all over the hallway

"I see someone wrote well" Alex says pecking Amber from behind. She blushed but doesn't say a thing. They've confessed to each other that they like one another so why aren't they dating?

I feel a pair of hand wrap around my waist. I turn around to find Henry giving me this goofy smile
"Ewww, get away" I smack his hand away and he pretends to be heartbroken

"Told you she wouldn't let you you touch her" Ronald says from behind us. He also snakes his hand round my waist pulling me closer to him

"What's with you guys and not keeping your hands to yourself" I say but I don't remove his hand though because I may be enjoying the feeling it's giving me right now

"Get your hands off my sister" I don't know if Alex is being serious or he's joking but the look on his face is so priceless

"Nope" he remove his hand from my waist and tucks it into the back pocket of my jeans. He gives my butt a light squeeze and smiles at Alex

"You guys can't argue over this again and Ronald get your hands out together her jeans" Henry says trying to calm Alex down

"Can we go already, I'm really hungry and I can smell your mum's brownies from here" Amber drags Alex hand towards the car since we're all going together

I give her a look and she nods at me. Is she thinking what I'm thinking. She just smiled and shouts shutgun making Henry curse at her

What did Henry mean by again?

"Diamond's coming over?" I say not minding the food in my mouth

"Yes, she really wanted you guys to be at each others prom but it's definitely not going to be possible. So she's gonna be around for a week before going back so she doesn't miss her graduation but I guess she'll come back before your graduation" my mum explains to me

"Who's Diamond?" Ronald ask. I ignore him and stoof some pancakes into my mouth

"She's Amanda's cousin. They're the same age so they act like twins, dress alike even take a shower together but I'm the real twin yet I don't get to shower with her" Alex is such a baby

"Amanda's cousin? I thought you guys shares the same cousin" Henry says after trying to steal a brownie from my plate but doesn't succed

"Alex and Diamond don't really get along cause she chose Amanda over Alex when they were kids" Amber explains to the boys

"They were just kids" mum says bringing more waffles. Its kind of weird eating all these at lunch when it's meant for breakfast but my tummy doesn't care as long as it tastes good

"Who puts sand in their cousins bathing water, who pours oil all over my room floor when I was done practicing baseball, who sprinkles pepper on their cousins pancakes. You know the worst part, is that my twin sister helps her"

"Alex, we were just kids. We did it for fun" I try defending Diamond and I actions

"Damn, I wish I saw your looks all those years, but how come I never got to meet her" Ronald says

"Cause she stopped coming over when we were 9 and you and the boys met when you were like 10?" I ask Alex cause I really don't know

"Don't ask me, you're the twin not me. I'm just her cousin" he eyes me

"Frederick Alexander" mum yells from the kitchen

He ignores her and just walks away. Wrong move my dear brother, wrong move

I say goodbye to everyone except Amber because she's trying to get my mum to adopt her as the third child. I go up to Alex's room and fine him at his reading desk with his headset probably connected to his phone through Bluetooth

"Alex" he doesn't open his eyes which means he's either ignoring me or he has the volume of his music way up. I tap him on the shoulder, he swirls his chair to face me

"What" he says taking off the headset

"I'm the one who came to talk to you so don't act all rude. I know you're pissed over something and that's why you've been acting all out, mind sharing"

"Its nothing"

"Nothing seems like something. You're supposed to be happy, even after exams you didn't seem too pleased, during lunch you lost it and you even walked out on mum, she didn't seem happy. The boys are worried, Amber's worried, I'm worried"

"I don't know exactly what's wrong"

"Is it about Diamond" he shudders at my statement, he stands to leave but I stop him
"I knew it was about her, tell me is there something I don't know"

"I..never mind"

"Alexander"

"I don't just like sharing my favourite person" he says looking at his feet

"Sorry?" I understand but I don't understand

"I don't like sharing my favourite person. I don't like sharing you. I get you and Diamond bond a lot but sometimes you guys make me feel left out. Whenever you guys are having your chit chat and I join in she's like 'girls only' " he says mimicking Diamonds voice

"Whenever she's around, you forget about me. You guys do all these twin goals and I want in but she shoves it in my face that I'm a boy and she's your favourite. When she's around you don't run to me for advice, she just practically replaces me. Our share our twin gossips with her. I'm just left out"

"I.." I think of what to say but nothing comes

"And when she leaves that's when Alexander exists. You even stopped calling me Xander because she said so. Whenever she's not here that's when I'm your twin, that's when I'm your favourite, that's when I give the best advice, that's when I help you pick out what to wear. Damn, that's when I'm of worth to you"

The bitter part of all these is that all he said is true. I didn't mean to it just kinda happened. I love him but I guess with Diamond around I neglect him

"I'm sorry. I didn't realise it got to you. I honestly didn't know you felt like this. You could have told me"

"What was I supposed to say 'Amanda, I feel left out when Diamond comes over so please make sure she stops coming'"

I almost laughed but I decide against it knowing this isn't the best situation to laugh
"We always work things out. I'm sorry I made you feel like shit. I'll try my best whenever she's around to not make you a third wheel"

I let out a giggle and he ruffles my hair

"I'm really proud of you guys" we turn around to find Amber standing by the door

"Have you been eavesdropping" I ask

She smiles and shouts "group hug" more like kill hug
