Chapter 8 : Her Birthday ,Your Gift.

Third person (pov)

Both third and khai arrived at Jane's party seperately khai arrived before third Fully prepared to walk away from his everything  he was mentally preparing himself meanwhile third feeling completely heart broken decided to go in late already getting a bit tipsy

Third walked in to the party with the biggest fake smile he could offer his initial plan was to go wish Jane a happy birthday and then quickly make an excuse and walk out maybe even forever

Unfortunately for him that plan soon crumbled down righ infront of him  because as soon as he walked in his eyes immediately fell on the birthday girl laughing and sitting right beside his bestfriend

One of Khai's hand around her waist while her hand resting over his shoulder , his face holding a warm smile

Suddenly third felt something warm running down his face

When the fuck did I start crying ? Third thought quickly wiping his silent unnoticed tears away looking away and heading straight towards the bar

"Balkan Vodka shots if possible" third asked the bartender

"Woah you've got some expensive and STRONG taste.. we don't have that here the strongest I can do is a neat whiskey " the bartender replied giving a bit of curious look

Third just nodded

The kid looks hurt the bartender thought as he handed third the drink

"You good kid ?"

"I'm perfect" third replied downing the entire drink in one go feeling the burn of the non watered down drink running down his throat

before the bartender could say anything more third walked away grabbing a beer bottle along

Meanwhile on the other side of the club

"Ooi thank you phi these stupid heels will make me fall straight on my face sometime soon " jane laughed sitting beside khai as khai tried to give her some support by placing one of his hand behind her back while she placed a hand over his shoulder

"You should take them off for tonight nong you're gonna dance tonight I'd suppose " khai asked putting a warm smile as she sat down beside her

Jane just laughed and nodded along

Where is he ? Khai thought as he ran his eyes around the club

With the low lighting and people around it was getting hard for him to pin point where his bestfriend was or if his bestfriend was even here or not

"Who are you searching for phi ?" Jane asked

"Third" khai replied immediately not even batting an eyelash towards jane busy searching

"He'll be here phi he won't miss my birthday .. even if he hates me right now" jane said Mumbling the last part

"What did you say ?" Khai asked confused making jane let out a little awkward Chuckle and shake her head

"Isn't that him ? " Jane said pointing towards third's back making khai snap his head that way

There he is .. wait he already has a beer ? ..... Who's he with ?

"Who's that ?" Jane asked making khai jump up
