"Run where? We're locked up, Eren." Armin interjected, abrading his fists against the bars lightly.
"As soon as we have an opening, we just..run."
"I don't want you guys getting in any more trouble than you already are. If anyone is going to run, it'll be me..alone."
"No. You don't know anything about our world or yourself, you'll die." Eren said.
"I'd rather die trying."
"No. We're all in this together. So we all run together."
"If we're going to do this, we'll need help from the inside." Armin stated.
"Don't tell me you want horse face to help."
"Connie, Sasha and Jean are the only people that might be willing to help us." Armin argued.
"Might?" You asked.
"There's a slight possibility they won't, but there's still a strong chance."
You huffed. "You guys are more dedicated than me." You mumbled.
"That's what you do when you care for someone." Mikasa said coldly.
"What happened to you two~?" Jean laughed looking back and forth between you and Eren, in which the both of you were sweaty, stained with blood, your hair was a mess, and your clothing was less than presentable. "I guess we have a new suicidal maniac to bunk with you, Eren." He chuckled at his own joke. "I heard what happened. Levi, or rather Hange was discussing, or maybe squealing about it as I passed by. You two got those titans killed and nothing came out of it but blood shed."
Eren ignored him, you stared dazed at Jean.
He squatted down in front of your cell. "I told you Captain didn't like you." Jean pulled a key out of his pocket and entered.
"What're you doing?" You asked weakly.
"I think you've had enough." He shrugged, unlocking the chains that restrained your hands. Your arms dropped down weakly, and your wrists were chafed, marked red from irritation and bruised. You winced a little, but brought your hands together on your lap.
"Thank you, Jean." You said.
Eren quietly sighed in relief. But these days you seem to hear everything.
"So you need my help, huh." He asked, exiting your cell, leaving it open, and walking over to Armin's.
"Depends if you're willing to help." Armin said.
"Depends what it is." Jean beckoned. Armin got closer to the edge of his cell, resting against the bars and looked up at Jean.
"If Eren, Mikasa and me can all escape together..great. But if an obstacle gets in our way and prevents that, then our main objective is to get y/n out. Forget about us and lay all your attention on her."
Jean raised an eyebrow and stared ahead for a minute, collecting his thoughts.
"It's dangerous, and I can almost guarantee whoever gets caught will be charged with an almost fatal penalty, but we need to help her, I'm willing to do whatever I can for her cause, so she can save us in return. But the question is..are all of you?" Armin said, in his serious tone, which was always frightful to you.
Eren looked at everyones expressions, giving them a hard glare, trying to read them.
You gulped hard. You opened your mouth to say something.
"Before you object y/n, we're not taking 'no' for an answer." Mikasa said coldly.
"So that's it, we're all willing to get her out of the walls?" Armin asked.
"Hold on, I didn't agree to anything just yet." Jean interjected. "What's this master plan of yours Armin, you always have one, I need a very detailed explanation on everyone's actions and movements. If I'm going to accept any terms, I need a layout."
"We need to create an opening, even if just for a split second, time is of the essence in this situation, then we move out, staying low, using our architecture and surroundings to stay mostly hidden. I suggest the day of her execution..we can blend in with the crowd, everyone will be in one place, Jean can sneak away and let us out."
"We'll need more people." Jean thought.
"Yes, you're correct. Sasha and Connie, and if Historia hears us out..maybe she'll help too. We need intel from her, does she know about y/n's presence or not."
"Don't worry about Sasha and Connie, I can handle them. I can lure Historia down here, but the persuading is up to you four."
Armin nodded his head firmly.
"Yeah, thanks, Jean." Eren mumbled, but he was sincere.
Jean closed and locked your cell once again, "Don't worry about the chains, I'll take the blame for it." He smiled lightly. "I'll meet up with Sasha and Connie, and we can discuss plans tomorrow, and I'll see what I can do about Historia." Jean nodded his head as he exited, making his way up the stairwell.
"Don't worry about us y/n, because we're getting you out." Armin said to you.
