you saw corpse acting strange around you and you decided to check up on him.

you guys just got home from walking around the mall so you decided to change into something comfy.

you walked up to the room you and corpse share and you threw off your shirt and the skirt you wore out.

you threw on some sweats and a tank top and let your hair down and then you heard corpse walking up the stairs to the room so you looked at the door to see him.

"hi babey, you want me to maybe order some food and we can just watch something together?" you said going over to hug him but he backed away.

he sat on the bed and sighed, you can tell whatever he was going to say, was bothering him badly.

"hey, what's wrong. you alright bubby?" you said grabbing his hand and rubbing it trying to comfort him.

"y/n, i did something horrible" he said trying not to give you eye contact.

a tear fell down his cheek slowly as he spoke up, "what I did, I know it's going to hurt you. and I never wanted to hurt you, I can't believe this is even coming out of my mouth but I need you to know my feelings for you remain the same.." he says standing up infront of you.

you stated, "well gosh corpse, by the sounds of it, it sounds like you cheated on me or something but i know you wouldn't do th-

he looked up at you and shook his head while tearing up more.

you felt like your heart sank. you stood there confused at him for doing that.

"babey, im sorry. it meant nothing i promise" he said trying to reach for your hand as you moved it away.

"what do you mean by 'cheating'?" you said looking up at him trying not to cry, so you bit your lip.

"i-i slept with someone y/n" he said crossing his arms trying to hold himself together.

you ran your hands through your hair in disbelief and said, "h-how can you do this to me, after everything we've been through, you just throw it all away, that fast."

"it happened so fast y/n i-

"remember when you said you would never hurt me,.... that i was the only one for you. or, how about when you said that stupid cheesy quote, 'we were destined for eachother',.... remember that?" you said and started sobbing crying.

he tried to hug you but you backed up.

"please don't touch me, i.. i need time to think." you said grabbing your keys and heading out the door.

it was raining outside and you had no umbrella so you ran to your car and corpse was running behind you.

"please don't leave me y/n, i don't know what I'll do without you." he said holding the door so you couldn't close it.

"it's funny cause i said the same thing to you but you ended up breaking my heart anyways. so, corpse let go of the door please. the damage is done." you said as he moved away.

you started the car and he ran infront of it blocking you from driving off, and now he was in the cold rain.

you had your lights on so you had a look at his face, and you started bawling crying behind the wheel.

you started hitting your steering wheel and you gave up and turned off the car still sobbing in the palms of your hands.

you mumbled under your breath, "corpse please move" but he didn't hear you.

you seen him crying as well and yelled out, "my life is meaning less without you in it, so you might as well run me over"

you got out of the car and walked back in the house soaking wet as well as him too.

he closed the door behind him and caught up to you.

"please stay, I know youre mad at me, but let me show you i can change please? i just want you with me, nobody else but you. please" he said getting close to you again but this time you didn't move.

a tear rolled down your cheek as he reached to touch your soft face.

he started slowly leaning in, being gentle cradling your face and you followed.

he looked you in the eyes first, wiping your tear and said, "y/n, i promise i will never hurt you again"

while still close to kissing him, you replied with, "you know what the crazy thing is? is that i still love you, even though you broke my heart. i hate that i love you"
then you parted from him.

you walked out of his way and walked out the door again, slamming it behind you. and then ran to your car and this time he didn't follow after you.

you wish he did. but he didn't.

and then you turned on the car and left.
