Bokuto x reader

btw its c here, i just wanted to say im sorry that everything is abt Bokuto and Akaashi, I honestly have no idea how to write fanfics for other characters atm, sorry once again

(do I need this) Desc: Bokuto Koutarou, Fukurodani high school. He has golden eyes that shined like the stars did amongst the night sky. His hair is a shade of gray with black highlights. He's a really great spiker. He's also really cute. However, he goes into his "emo" mode whenever he misses his spikes. That's honestly kinda cute too... He can be clingy at times but that makes you feel wanted, loved. He loves cuddles too. He's usually the big spoon but at times he wants to be the small spoon. He also would come to you for comfort whenever he feels down. He loves surprising you with gifts and hugs from the back.

"Ah!", y/n shrieks when Bokuto sneakily hugged them from behind.

"Hehe sorry y/n, I didn't mean to startle you", Bokuto said as he kissed their neck.

"It's okay, but I got to go to get ready for my online class now."

When they were about to leave, Bokuto hugged them and said, "don't go y/n, stay with me please..."

"But Bokuto I have to-"

Bokuto hugs them even tighter. "Stay, please."

"Okay okay, I'll skip this class, just for you.", y/n said with a smile, "But... are you okay?"

Bokuto is excessively clingy today...something must've happened.

"Mmm can I talk to you about what happened? ...I don't really feel okay."

"Sure, of course you can. Let's move to the bed first though. Is that okay?"

"Okayy.", Y/n proceeds to hold his hand as they walk to the bed.

Y/n knew that Bokuto always felt the most comfortable talking about his problems while cuddling so they decided to suggest moving to the bed, hoping that would make it easier for Bokuto. 

As they lay down on the bed, y/n slipped into the empty space in between Bokuto's arms.

Resting his head on y/n's shoulder, Bokuto started talking about what had happened.

"So...firstly, during volleyball practice today, I kept messing up both my line and cross shots and that got me really annoyed", Bokuto frowned.

"And then because of that... I got into my emo mode...And since I couldn't focus, Akaashi-kun scolded me,", he pouted as y/n softly chuckles inside her head. Haha cute. I can basically hear him pouting.

"L-like, I-I'm sorry I can't help it, there's nothing I can do about it. There are just days where I feel super out of it and can't do anything properly..."

Y/n turned around and hugged Bokuto.

"It's okay Bokuto, it's not your fault, I'm quite sure Akaashi didn't mean it, maybe he was just feeling a bit stressed, Finals are coming anyway so it's completely understandable to be stressed. You understand that, don't you?"

"Sometimes feeling unable to control your emotions, saying things you don't really mean when you're under pressure, you know how all that feels, don't you? So don't worry, don't let this affect you okay?"

"Mm yeah that's highly possible...I probably shouldn't have made such a big fuss about it. Anyways, thanks for listening to me y/n." Bokuto places a kiss on their head.

Y/n squirmed a little and Bokuto let out a small laugh.

"Haha y/n you're so cute, y'know"

"Am not."

"Yes you are, don't deny it", Bokuto chuckled.

"Fine, and so are you."

"Thanks but I already knew that.", Bokuto replied proudly without a though.

Upon realising what y/n had actually said, "Wait- what did you just call me? Cute?", he asked.

"HAHAHA yes", y/n cackled.

Cute, y/n called me cute. Cute. No she didn't- no way- I must've misheard- Hold on, chill Bokuto, chill. Calm down, calm,down . Phew okay but woah.

Bokuto's cheeks turned red and he must've realised his cheeks growing hot since he turned away from Y/n when they looked up at his face.

"Hahah Bokuto-sannn why are you hiding your face from me, you look really cute when you're flustered", y/n held Bokuto's chin to get a good look at his face.

"Q-quit teasing me y/n", Bokuto looked away again.

How... is Bokuto so, perfect. His eyes are a insanely sparking golden, his cheeks are now flushed pink, his hair is so soft... Y/n runs their hand through his hair as. Bokuto flinched at the sudden touch.

His smile is so- so, beautiful... How did I manage to meet someone like this...

Just like something got turned on inside them, it was like y/n knew this was the perfect time to say this, and so , "Um, Bokuto, there's something I want to confess... is that alright?"

"Yes of course, what is it?"

Y/n nervously fiddled with their fingers, "U-um so, you might find this weird or really random, but- I just suddenly felt like I needed to get this out. And... I hope after I say this we can still be as good friends as we are right now..."

Bokuto gave a reaassuring nod to y/n when they looked up at him, asking y/n to continue.

" So um... I- Bokuto- san, I ..like you.", y/n turned away from Bokuto this time.

Oh boy, now I've really done it. Why.. did I- I probably took all of his fake flirting too seriously... I remember how we once said we would never date...no matter how much we flirted or acted like we were dating, we would not get into a relationship so what- exactly, am I doing.

"H-huh? You l-like me?"

"Yeah... I hope that didn't weird you out, that wasn't my intentio-"

Y/n got cut off by Bokuto startling them by hugging them tighter than he already was.

"I- I like you too, Y/n"

W-WHAT? He likes me back? Is this a dream? What? No way- woah.

Y/n cued their happy dance in their head. Welp, this is a huge win for mee.

After a long pause, Bokuto shifted a little, "Well, since we both like each other... do you...umm want to maybe...date?"

"Huh? YES!OF COURSE!"

Hearing y/n's response,  Bokuto smiled and kissed their cheek.

Y/n looked up at Bokuto and decided to return the kiss, except it was just a peck on Bokuto's lips.

Just enough to fluster Bokuto and also just enough for a first kiss, signifying the start of their new relationship.

"Goodnight", they both said to each other as they fell asleep in each other's arms, smiling. 

Although they knew life from then on would be full of ups and downs but now that they're together, they'd be able to face all that together, so that night it was like the start of a new life, together.

Sorry if this seems very cliché and repeated and have spelling errors and stuff,, I honestly have no idea what im writing at this point,, I just write these in my notebook in class when its boring lmao,, actually, to the people who see this, please give me suggestions on what i should write about, what genre, who the m/c(s) should be and stuff like that please. Bc rn i honestly only write about bokuaka im starting to find it ridiculous. And also, for some reason I'm having trouble continuing MDB/the main story on my acc so like- idk anyways yeah that's it, thanks for reading and voting if you enjoyed this. It's c signing off, byee <3
