"Then, what about me? What am I feeling right now?"

The whole night, the thought of Kuroo never left m/n's mind. He wondered why Kuroo wouldn't leave his mind. It was curiously strange. Not that he minds, it was a new sort of feeling for him. He liked it, but it also comes with its own dangers.

The next morning, m/n walked around the Fukurodani academy with Akaashi since he wanted a small tour. As Akaashi showed him where everything was, they made small talk, getting to know each other more.

"L/n-Kun, may I know why you're avoiding Kuroo-san?" Akaashi asked politely.
"Ah, that's because... Kuroo-san and I are in a tough situation," He said.
"Do you want to talk about it?"
"Promise you wouldn't laugh?" He asked. Akaashi nodded as a reply before m/n started explaining from start to finish.

"That is complicated," Akaashi said as the two boys started walking back to the gym.
"I know... I have no idea what to do," the male sighed.
"Sounds like you really do have feelings for Kuroo-san,"
"What if I do? What should I do next?"
"Well, start off slowly, you don't know how deep your feelings go, we already know that Kuroo-san likes you, but we can't just give him false hope,"
"You're right... I should've gone to you first, Hinata and Kageyama weren't that much of help,"
"Let's go back,"
"Mhm, let's,"

After a few more minutes, they arrived back at the gym. Inside, they saw Karasuno having a match against Shinzen. It's close, they're only a point behind, but Shinzen is already at set point. Akaashi went back to Fukurodani since Bokuto was searching for him like a lost child. M/n walked over to the Nekoma team and sat down next to Kenma who was still playing his video game.

"You got everything out of your system?" Kenma asked.
"How'd you know?"
"Akaashi is very reliable for advice and it just shows on your face how relieved you are,"
"Yeah, Akaashi is awesome and I did get everything out and I know what I should do now,"
"And that is?"
"I realize everything now, and I'm going to take things slowly first,"
"That's good. Just don't break Kuroo,"
"I won't,"

"Kuroo-san, are you practicing with Akaashi-Kun and Bokuto-san tonight?" M/n asked Kuroo as soon as the last practice match of today ended.
"Ah, yes, I am," Kuroo said as he scratched the back of his head.
"Can I join you guys tonight?"
"Of course!" Kuroo answered immediately, surprising the male, making him jump back slightly.
"Oi! Kuroo! Over here!" Bokuto exclaimed, calling Kuroo over.
"Coming! Let's go," Kuroo said as he walked over to Bokuto and Akaashi with m/n.

"Ah, Model boy, you're joining us?" Bokuto asked.
"Yeah, if you don't mind,"
"We don't mind, right Akaashi?" Bokuto said as he turned his head to Akaashi as he nodded in reply. "You can block my spikes for us, right?"
"Of course," M/n smiled as he and Kuroo walked to the other side of the net, getting ready to block. In the back, Lev was there ready to receive the ball just in case since Kuroo forced him to.

Bokuto threw the ball into the air, falling towards Akaashi as he tossed the ball back towards Bokuto, him spiking with all his strength, but was immediately blocked by Kuroo. Kuroo laughed his signature hyena laugh as Bokuto scowled. Lev flopped onto the floor, unable to do any more. Even though he didn't do anything.

"Uweey!" Kuroo cheered for himself as m/n giggled softly.

"Oya?" Akaashi sounded as everyone's attention turned towards the door where the tall first year, Tsukishima stood.
"Oya oya?" Bokuto added.
"Oya oya oya?" Kuroo added more as m/n just stood there, laughing his head off.

Apparently, Tsukishima wanted advice about volleyball. Saying something about it's just a club and we shouldn't be too passionate about it. As usual, Kuroo and Bokuto did some weird joke about it, for once, Bokuto gave some decent advice to the blonde first year.

"So, as payment, why don't you block for us?" Bokuto negotiated.
"But don't you already have two blockers?" Tsukishima asked.
"It's 3 is better than 2!" Bokuto exclaimed as Kuroo pushed Tsukishima behind the net next to m/n.

"Hello there, Tsukishima-Kun," m/n said softly.
"Ah.. the pretty boy," Tsukishima scowled as he got ready to block. Bokuto did another spike as this time, the ball slightly touched Tsukishima's arm.

"Glasses boy..." Bokuto said
"It's Tsukishima,"
"Tsukishima, your blocks are too weak that I get scared your arm might break,"
"I'm still a growing boy! I have a lot more time!" Tsukishima laughed.
"Tsuki...." Bokuto scowled and crossed his arms.

Starting there, Kuroo, Bokuto, and m/n helped him little by little with his blocking. Soon enough, he became better in just a few minutes. M/n was surprised and clapped, impressed with Tsukishima.

"Hey, l/n-san," Tsukishima called for him.
"Yes?" He replied, facing Tsukishima.
"Why are all of you playing so seriously? It's just a club, you can't get into college if you get to nationals,"
"Well, as Bokuto-san said, it's all about that moment that get you hooked on volleyball, but it's true that if you get to go national, you can't get far, let me ask you, why are you playing?"
"I... I'm playing because... I don't really know,"
"Well, once you find out why you're playing, come and find me and I'll show you why,"

"You know, for someone that's actually famous, I'm surprised you're not like other famous people,"
"Like what? Salty?"
"Yeah, that,"
"Don't talk about people like that when you yourself are a teaspoon of table salt," m/n said before walking away as if nothing happened.
"D-did he just--"

"Yes, yes he did," Lev said as he suddenly showed up behind Tsukishima.
"He really is full of surprises, that m/n," Bokuto added.
"He really is..." Kuroo mumbled as a smile crept onto his face.
