"Stupid, stupid woman," I muttered to myself as I tore off the grimy clothes I'd worn for way too long. I was angry at myself, for many reasons.
For being attracted to Matias. For giving him my real fucking name. For asking if I was going to be sleeping in his bed with a voice more hopeful than disgusted. I was only here for one reason, and it wasn't to fuck Matias until we both blacked out. My pussy clenched at the thought and I glared at my reflection in the mirror.
"Get your shit together woman," I whisper-yelled. "You're not here to bone him, you're here to find out where the hell his mentor is so you can get revenge. There is more here at stake than getting some dick!"
My reflection stared back at me, the dirt and filth covering my skin and hair mocking me. I could still hear the men's taunts, feel their hands on my skin as they "accidentally" touched me. My arm muscles were still protesting from being chained up for days, and as I studied my wrists I could see which bruises were old and which were new.
I turned on the shower and made the water as hot as possible before stepping in. I winced at the heat but knew that it would not only help my muscles, but it was one of the only things that would help to wash away the memory of the assholes who I'd let kidnap me.
The only thing that would have been more satisfying was if I'd been able to kill them myself. I did have to admit that watching Matias come in and slaughter them had been thrilling. I hated that I was so fascinated with him. I had been since I'd made him my target, but I'd been able to ignore that fact right up until we got within proximity of each other.
I tilted my head back into the warm spray and my thoughts began to wander despite my conviction to put Matias out of my head. I may look like an angel on the outside, but I was a bloodthirsty bitch. I couldn't help but appreciate how quickly an smoothly Matias had moved, and if I didn't automatically hate him by association, I probably would already be fucking his brains out. I sighed aloud at the thought, knowing this was going to be a problem.
I soaped up my body, scrubbing away the dirt and the feeling of the men's hands on me. I was just rinsing off when Matias's voice rang through the bathroom.
"Everything okay in there?"
I shrieked loudly in surprise at his voice so close, slipping in the water and grabbing for the shower curtain to try and catch my balance. Despite knowing that was a very bad idea, how else was I supposed to save myself? I was still weak form being held captive, and I was obviously not functioning at my best since I usually would've heard him come in the bathroom in the first place.
A thousand pinging sounds filled the bathroom as the shower curtain ripped off the rings all at once while I twisted my body to the side as I slipped. I ended up tangled in the curtain, which was embarrassing but not nearly as much as it would've been to be completely naked right now. I felt the heat in my cheeks rise, the shower still going and water splashing everywhere. I closed my eyes, hoping that it would all go away. This was worse than him finding me in that house. That, at least, had been planned. The water shut off, and I peeked an eye open just in time to see Matias turn away.
"Sorry about that, I didn't mean to scare you. Just wanted to make sure you were all right." He then left before I could respond, shutting the door behind him.
I lay there for several seconds, trying to figure out what just happened. A crazy giggle built in my throat, and I swallowed it down before it could escape. I knew it was just hysteria from everything that had happened coalescing, but I refused to give into it. Taking a deep breath, I started to untangle myself from the shower curtain, wincing at the holes that had ripped and the rings that had broken in my fall.
"I guess it's a good thing I'd already washed up," I muttered as I balled the ruined curtain up and threw it into the tub. I grabbed my towel and wrapped up in it, a small smile of pleasure on my face at the feel of how soft it was against my skin.
I opened the door and stepped out of the bathroom, steam following me and obscuring movement out of the corner of my eye. My instincts took over, and my hand flashed out in a chopping motion before I could stop it.
"Fuck," a choked voice grumbled a second later. The steam cleared and I saw Matias, a hand to his throat where I'd side-swiped him.
"Oh my god, I'm so sorry. I just saw something, and I guess I'm a little skittish," I said. I tried to use my nerves as an excuse for my quick and brutal reaction, hoping it wouldn't give away who I really was. I was definitely going to have to be careful about my initial reactions in the future.
Matias eyed me but shook his head. "It's fine, let me show you to your room." He turned and grumbled something to himself as he stalked off down the hall, and I bit my lip to keep my relieved smile hidden.
He pushed a nearby door open and motioned for me to go inside. I was beginning to see he was a man of few words, and knowing what I knew about him, it didn't really surprise me. He was a loner; the only person close to him was his mentor.
That small reminder passed through my mind at the same time I walked past Matias, our eyes catching for a split second and sending shocks through me before he cleared his throat and glanced away. I shook my head to clear it and looked around the room. It was fairly small, but clean and tidy. A bed, dresser, and a mirror hanging on the wall were the only things in the room, but were in good shape. The white sheets on the bed seemed clean, and that was a relief. In fact everything looked almost brand new, like they'd never been used.
"I put some clothes on the bed for you, I think they should fit."
"Thank you," I said as I began to turn, but he was shutting the door already. I let out a disgruntled noise but didn't want to push it. Despite me manipulating the situation to being here, he didn't have to take me in. And all things considered, he was being surprisingly nice. I dropped the towel and picked up the clothes from the bed, noting that they were women's clothes, and looked to be about my size.
I quirked an eyebrow, wondering where he'd gotten them on such short notice. Saving those kinds of questions for later, I slipped on the shorts and tank top, idly noting that they were a tad bit tight, my generous curves stretching the material a bit more than was probably intended. They weren't the most uncomfortable thing I'd ever worn though, so i wasn't going to complain. I was slightly dismayed at the lack of underwear, but hey, I was covered.
I took a glance in the mirror, and noticing just how well the clothes showed off my figure gave me a terrible, wicked idea. I obviously found Matias attractive, but I wondered if he felt the same way. If he did, seducing him would be the easiest way to get him to open up. I'd done the same thing many times before with targets, and it never failed to work.
I rolled the waistband on the shorts once, knowing it would pull the material even tighter. I turned, checking out how the bottom of my full ass peeked out of the bottom and let a tiny giggle escape. The hem of the tank top didn't quite reach the shorts, so slivers of skin would show if I moved, and my perky tits were so obvious under the thin material I could nearly see my nipples.
Perfect.
Letting a grin cross my face for a moment before rearranging my features into something more nonchalant, I headed to the door, wondering just where Matias could have gotten to by now. I needed to test my idea and if I knew anything about how the way I looked affected men... Well let's just say I hoped I was able to keep the smile off my face while he was looking at me.
