How do they comfort you when you have panic attack

(This might be a bit rubbish because I don't really know nothing about panic attacks but I know some stuff )

Hinata~ He would help you until you calm down and then you two play volleyball

Daichi~ He will stay with you until you calm down.

Sugawara~ After he helps you , he would make you some tea and cook you some food

Kuroo~ He will give you, your medicine and help you out until you calm down.

Kenma~ He would freak a little bit he will hug you until you calm down and cuddle after

Bokuto~ He will be speaking to you in short , simple sentences something cute to make you calm down and then kiss your forehead

Ushijima~ He will count to 10 and breath and out slowly until you calm down

Tendou~ He would stay by your side until you calm down and helps you with your breathing

Tsukishima~ He will be there for you and help you to till you calm

Yamaguchi~ He will sweet talk to you to make you smile and calm you down

Nishinoya~ He would be worried and he will tell you to breath in and out to calm down

Akaashi~ He would talk to you in sentences and then you two will cuddle and he will bring you something to eat and drink
