Chapter 5

"Mom this is my mate Leah!" I say happily looking at my beautiful mate. My mom forced a smile and she had a glint in her eyes. "Hi." Leah said shyly. "Hello." Mom said. "Would you like to stay for dinner I made to much." Leah hesitated and looked at me. I nodded and smiled. "Yeah I would like that very much!" She exclaimed. Kade walked in looking weary. We haven't really talked since I almost killed him. "Um Angel there's someone at the door for,and the person is very upset." He told me. "I'll be back." I told them and pecked Leah on the lips quickly. I jogged to the door and opened it. I was surprised to see a crying Taylor. "Taylor what's wrong?" I asked worried. She didn't say anything just sobbed louder. I pulled her into my arms hugging her. Whispering soothing words to her. She stopped crying and just sat there with her head in my shoulder. "Now do you want to tell me what happened?" I asked cautiously not wanting her to cry again. "I just can't handle this anymore,I-I don't know why I came here. I'm sorry I ruined your dinner." She stuttered getting up. I pulled her back down and said. "Taylor you don't have to be sorry,you can come here any time. Now tell me what's going on." She gave me a sad smile and started talking. "I can't do this any more,every day I wake up I wish he was here. It's my fault he's dead! I go to school I get called a freak and stuff. I'm a killer Angel a murder. I just want to end it,I can't stand this I hate it!" She whispered and started crying again. I pulled her into a hug and held her. "You'll get through this Tay I'll help you get through this I promise." I promised. I held on to her tighter. "Angel dinners d-Leah didn't finish instead a growl escaped her lips. Oh my mates jealous. Taylor jumped off the step we were sitting on startled. "What is this!" Leah shrieked. "Baby Taylor is my neighbor and my friend she had a rough day and I was trying to comfort her." I tell her. She relaxes a little. "Oh." She said embarrassed. "I should go,thanks Angel." Taylor said getting up. "Yeah ok, I'll see you tomorrow or Monday." I say. "We'll see you." Leah corrected smiling. Taylor waved and left. Leah and I walked inside. We all sat down at the dinner table,and started passing the food around. "Leah tell us about yourself." Mom said starting up a conversion. "Well I'm half werewolf half human, I'm pregnant as you can see,and I lived with the pack that lives in this town but now I live by myself." She told us. "What about your parents, where are they?" Mom asked. "Mom!" I exclaim. She was being out of line and she knew it too. "No it's fine. We'll after I escaped after Angel did, I found my way back to my old pack in Dallas Texas. When I got there the alpha told me both of my parents had been banished from his pack. I went looking for them. I then found out that they both had been killed in a fight. So I found myself here in a small town in Washington." She told us sadly. Yes my parents knew that she was with the surfs. My heart broke for her. I felt like crying. I know guys don't cry that's why I didn't. After dinner Leah said she had to get home. I reluctantly let her leave but not with out me kissing her.

Ten minutes had past since Leah had left. I was laying on My bed being bored when I got this bad feeling. It started in the pit of my stomach then spread up to my heart. A sharp pain went through my heart. I couldn't hold back my screams,that's how bad it heart. My parents ran in the room looking for the danger. "M-m-my h-h-heart i-it f-feels like I don't know!" I managed out. "It's Leah somethings wrong." Dad whispered to my mom trying not to let me hear. I jumped up the pain suddenly forgotten, it was just a dull pain I guess. I ran down the stairs and out the door. I sniffed the air and found Leah's scent but it was fading. I ran after it. Ten minutes later her scent was stronger than ever. I heard screaming,that's all I really heard because it was my mate. I ran around a corner and the scene I found myself looking at made my wolf clawing at my mind to get out. My mate was on the ground crying holding her stomach. A man was standing beside her kicking her. He looked oddly like Dylan. 'It is Dylan!' My wolf screamed. I shifted and pounced on Dylan. We both soar through the air landing on the ground. He shifted somewhere when we were in the air I guess. We were rolling on the ground biting and clawing at each other. I gripped his neck with my teeth and tore his throat out. I shifted back with my clothes on and ran to my wailing mate. "Baby baby shhhh it's ok he's dead now. He can't hurt you any more I promise." I soothed. "No! My baby my baby!" She screamed going into hysterics. That's when I noticed the blood running down her legs. I started to panic. My wolf quickly took control and picked our hysterical mate up and ran to the nearest hospital. We burst through the hospital doors. My mate still screaming "my baby my baby!" And my wolf screaming "We need help damn it!!" A doctor that I could tell was a werewolf ran to us and asked what happened. I filled him in on what happen. He instantly took her back,making me stay in the waiting room. Is my Maye going to be alright is her pup going to be alright? That's all I was thinking when the doctor walked in with a grave face. Oh shit!!!! My heart shattered just by looking at his face.

Leah's pov

I kissed Angel and left. I was walking because my house was only about three blocks away. Angel wanted to drive me home but I wouldn't let him,I wanted to walk. I was walking through a deserted park when I went flying across the park. I looked up to find Dylan standing above me with a evil glint in his eyes. "You ruined everything bitch!" He screamed angrily at me. I didn't get to say anything before he started kicking me in my stomach. I don't know how many minutes or hours past but he kept on hitting and kicking me in the stomach. I tried to stop him but couldn't. I knew my baby was hurt or dead. All the sudden Dylan went flying in the air with a black and white wolf on him. That's when everything got hazy and I started loosing my sanity. I started screaming and crying. I felt someone pick me up. That's when everything went blank.

Ok I think it was longer than the others. Yeah so not very good. I really don't like how I wrote this but yeah it's what I got. I uploaded three times today yay!!!
