Leah's cries

The doctor walked over to me with a grave face. My heart stopped and shattered into millions of pieces with what came out of his mouth. "I'm sorry but she lost the baby." He bowed his head and turned to walk away. No no this can't be happening I thought. My wolf howled in agony. Even though the pup wasn't ours we still loved it plus I felt a pull towards it. I don't know how but I did. The doctor was walking away. I jumped up and grabbed his arm. "Doctor isn't the "baby" soppose to be stronger than normal?" I asked because werewolf pups are a lot stronger than human babies. Which means pups can take a lot even when their in their mother. "Yes but the person kicked her to many times,if the baby did live it would be badly deformed. I think it's best that the baby past. I'm sorry if I sound cruel but it's the truth." He told me. I nodded and asked. "Can I see her?" He smiled and nodded. "Follow me." I did. He stopped outside of a door. "She's asleep,she needs her rest. We haven't told her about the baby,because we thought you would want to be the one to do it." He said. Now I have to tell my mate that her pup is dead great. Thanks doc! Note the sarcasm. I walked into the room and almost cried at what I seen. My mate in a hospital bed looking beat up with Ivys in her up. I sat down in a chair beside her bed and gently took her hand in mine. I was waiting for her to wake up when my phone buzzed. I dug it out if my pocket. One new text message. I opened it,it was from my mom. "How is everything hun?" When I was waiting for the doctor to come talk to me I had called mom and let her know what was going on. I replied. "Not good mom she lost the pup." It took a few minutes for her to reply. "No! Oh my God No! I'm so sorry!" I didn't reply I just put my head on the bed. Thirty minutes later I felt and heard Leah stir. I raise my head and found a smiling Leah. "Hey." I said softy. "What happen?" She asked confused. I didn't say anything. Suddenly her face paled her hands flew to her stomach. She knew something was wrong. "My baby! Oh my God! My baby!" She screamed tears rolling down her cheeks. I gently hugged her to me. "Shhh baby." I didn't know how to break it to her. How do you do it? She quieted down a bit so I could say something. "Baby I'm sorry but you lost the pup." I said slowly and quietly. She went still so I pulled away to look at her. All the sudden she started screaming thrashing around in the bed. "NO! NOT MY BABY NO! NO!NO!NO!" She screamed. Some nurses burst through the door. They stuck a needle in her arm while a guard held me back. She instantly calmed only small whimpers leaving her lips until she fell into a sleep. The nurses and guard left. I sat back down. It broke my heart to see her like this. I sat there for the first time since I was born and cried. Not for myself but for my mate. I will help her get through this if it's the last thing I do.

Eva's pov

My phone buzzed telling me Angel had text me back. I opened it and dropped the phone. "Not good mom she lost the pup." Kade walked over and picked up the phone and read it. He grabbed me into a hug and I cried into his shoulder. I know why am I crying you don't even like her. But I do and I can't believe she has to go trough this. At least she has my son. "Hunny let's go to the hospital." I tell Kade grabbing my keys and heading out the door to my car.

Awwwww so sad Leah's pup didn't make it. I'm a cry baby because as I was writing the part where the doctor tells Angel and Angel tells leah I was crying. I know what a miscarriage can do to a person. My older sister had miscarried twins. She wasn't herself until she had my nephew Markus. But now she has a whole butt load of kids lol. She is 20 and has four kids now. Well anyways this isn't to long. not edited. I was going to write more but I have to eat dinner and give my dog some medicine. He got ran over. He broke his butt hips and tail.
