Ch.8:Confession

Hinata's POV

After practicing, I and Kageyama headed to our first class. We both have almost all our classes together.

"Hinata? "

Kageyama says looking at the ground as we walked down the halls.

"Hmm? "

"How's Natsu? "

He asks. I slightly freeze but recollect myself and smile.

"She doing okay! "

I say with a thumbs up. He nods and continues to look down.

"Are you okay? "

I ask with a small smirk. He continues looking at the ground.

"Yes boke."

He finally looks up with a small grin. I grin back and slightly bump into him.

"Beat ya to class. "

I then take off running with him following. Kageyama right on my tail I look back to see how far behind he is and see him smiling as he looked me in my eyes. That is until.

*bam! *

I ran right into something. I fall to the ground on my behind. I look up to see a glaring blonde. I didn't run into something, I ran into someone.

I heard Kageyama's footsteps stop behind me. I look over my shoulder at him. He was glaring as well but not at me. I follow his gaze to see that both Tsukishima and Kageyama were glaring at each other.

I try to push myself off the ground but I winced as my ass felt very sore.

'How hard did I fall?'

They both look down at me with softer expressions.

'What the hell is going on? '

"You okay dumbass? "

Kageyama asks holding his hand out. I chuckle and grab onto it. Standing was a pain in my ass. Get it? Since I fell on my..... Never mind. I stood up slightly slouching.

"Yeah. My butt just hurts. "

I sigh patting my pants.

"Aww, the little baby hurt himself. "

A babyish voice said. I looked to see the blonde snickering.

"Hey, it was your fault, you giraffe! "

I shout. He looks at me with a frown.

"You ran into me."

I falter back knowing he was right. I crossed my arms and shut my eyes.

"Hmph."

"Oh look he's pouting now. "

I hear him mock. I turn away from him with my eyes still shut.

"Come on boke. "

I hear Kageyama say slightly tugging at my shirt sleeve. I peek my eyes open at him. He chuckles and pulls me under his arm.

"Let's go, you big baby. "

He says dragging me away from the blonde. I glance back at Tsukishima and stick my tongue out to him. He smirks and winks.

'Damn talking giraffe. '

Time skip to lunch

I was walking towards Kageyama's class cause I wanted to see if he wants to eat lunch with me. This last period we had different classes. I walk right in front of his class's door and peek in.

"Kageyama? "

I see a short girl talking to Kageyama. He looked to be packing his stuff to leave.

"What is it? "

He asked a little annoyed.

"Bakayama. Can't even talk to a girl right. "

I mumbled.

"What are you doing? "

I hear a voice. I jump and look behind me. There stood a blonde giraffe again. I groan.

"Shhh."

I say and turn back around to peek into the classroom. I heard shuffling and then something pressed against my back and I felt some weight on my head. I look up a little to see tsukishima leaning over me, looking into the classroom as well.

I didn't bother telling him off cause he's stronger and bigger than me so I know I will lose. Not like I'll say it out loud though.

"I.... I wanted to g-give you this."

The girl said handing Kageyama a white envelope.

"A confession? "

I mumbled. Tsukishima moved a little. I looked up again to see him still watching the scene play out. I looked back at the two and continued to watch.

"Are you confessing? "

Kageyama asked confused. I facepalmed.

"Idiot."

I hear tsukishima chuckle, the vibration of his chest on my back. I roll my eyes and continue to watch.

"Yes."

The girl whispered with a pink face. Kageyama sighs and stands from his desk with his bag in hand.

"Look, I'm sorry to say this but I already have my eyes on someone else. "

He says with a monotone voice.

'What the hell?! '

'She's pretty though!'

'I would've said yes. '

"O-oh. May I know who she is? "

The girl asks a little disappointed.

"Poor girl. "

I whisper. Tsukishima gives a short hum.

"It's not a she. "

'Not a she? '

'Is he gay? '

"So it's a guy?! "

The girl asked more excited than she should be for someone being rejected. Kageyama nods and walks past her.

"Can't tell you who though. See you later. "

He says coming our way. I step back forgetting someone was behind me and falling back into them. I brace myself for the fall but I landed softly. I opened my eyes to see a confused Kageyama. I look behind me to see that I'm sitting between Tsukishimas legs.

"Thanks for breaking my fall. "

I said with a grin. His face slightly red, he pushes himself away and scrambles to his feet. He then speeds off down the hallway.

'What's his problem? '

I look up back at Kageyama to see him glaring at Tsukishimas back.

'What's wrong with everyone today? '

I stand up and grin at Kageyama.

"I heard your little conversation with that girl. "

I chuckle. His face goes pink.

"Wh-what?! Hinata boke! What did you hear?! "

He shouts grabbing onto my collar.

"Oh, nothing. Just that you have a guy crush."

I smirk. His face goes a deep shade of red.

"Hey, it's ok. I wont judge! "

I say trying to assure him. He sighs and rubs the back of his neck.

"O-ok."

He says. I grin and hook my arm with his.

"Let's go eat on the roof! "

I say leading the way.
