It is a transformation Quirk. The user can turn into a medium sized dragon white dragon with cat-like eyes(teal), ear-like appendages, nuns and tendrils protruding from head. Secondary wings, and triangle shape tail fins. Can shoot explosive plasma blasts from mouth. (Toothless but white. Don't know much about male light fury's, so sorry if it's kinda hard to visualize)
