Carrie: Nick, lets talk.  NOW!

Nick: Bye Julie! See you tomorrow.

Mrs. Harrison: Very impressive Julie.

Julie: Does this mean that I can stay in the music program ?

Mrs. Harrison: I already told you Julie, your spot has been taken.

Principal: Oh, I think you have room for one more student.

Mrs. Harrison: Very well then, welcome back Julie.

Mrs. Harrison and the principal leave.

Flynn: Since when did you start singing with Nick? More importantly, why didn't you tell me?

Julie: I didn't have time.

Flynn: Didn't have time for your best friend? Best friends are supposed to tell each other everything. Especially about rocking out with your crush!

Julie: I was going to tell you!

Flynn: When!?

Julie: I'm not sure.

Flynn: I don't have time for this.

Julie's father: Hi Julie, how was the rally?

Julie: I got back into the music program .

Julie's father: That's great!

Julie: I also got into a fight with Flynn.

Julie's father: Hmm.  Singing might help you calm down.

Julie:  My life, my life would be real low.

Julie: It still needs something.

Julie texts Nick.

Julie text: I need your help.  Can you please bring your guitar?

Nick text: I'll be right over.

                   Two hours later.

Flynn: Whatever it is that you want, make it quick.

Julie: We made a song for you.

Author: The next lines are said in the instrumental break. Also ignore the drums and Nick sings the guy parts.

Nick: I talked to Julie about us playing together, to help her get into the music program.

Julie: We had to practice a lot.  There wasn't any time to talk to you.  You're my best friend.  I need you.

Flynn: Oh all right.  I forgive you .
