If there is any scenes, which may be similar to other novels, they are purely coincidence. Plagiarism is stupidity and crime.

Maxford's POV

2017 is the year. This will be time that I will be a senior high school student at St. Matthew College. To be honest, dapat grade 12 na'ko. I stopped the first time when I was in 11th grade of senior high kase ginigipit kaming lahat ng dati kong school. Tho we have a voucher yet they wanted us to pay for our tuition, like bunch of assholes they are.

I had a girlfriend way back then. Nagtagal kami ng 5 months, at first masaya kase she was my first girlfriend. But when the days passes by, she literally changed.

She cheated on me at the time I am serious about her. Since then, I got furious in falling in love. That idea makes me scared.

"Max, are you done? Baka malate kana sa klase." sabi niya sa labas ng pintuan ko.

"Yes mom! I am about to. Wait."

I took my bag and went out.

"Have a seat, baby." Paanyaya sa'kin ni Mama. Hindi kami mayaman, hindi rin mahirap. Wala kaming 1 million sa bangko, it's just nakakasurvive lang kami sa araw-araw dahil sa pamamasada ni Tatay sa taxi. Yes, weird. Shouldn't it be "papa"?

"Aalis na'ko, Ma. I don't want to be late, this is my first day, and I am so happy," sabi ko kay Mama. She understands it.

When I stopped last year, she'd witnessed how sad and stress I was. Cruz as Grade 11 student. Tho, I am late kumpara sa mga kaklase kong Grade 12 na ngayong taon pero I don't care. Hindi pabilisan ang pag-aaral.

1hour had passed.

WELCOME TO ST. MATTHEW COLLEGE, DEAR FRESHMEN!

Touch down. I am already here sa school na papasukan ko. Di ko 'to gaanong alam kase hindi naman gaanong kalakihan ang school na'to, more likely 200-300 students lang ata meron dito including the college students. This is vocational school which they teach home-economics strand.

I stopped as I heard the National Anthem sang by the students.

I greeted goodmorning as I stepped in the classroom.

Pumwesto ako sa pinakagilid and gitnang parte ng classroom, malabo mata ko and I don't want to be in the last row baka bumagsak ako.

"Okay class. I am Ms. Shalom Chavez your Math Professor. Before we start our class, as usual you have to introduce yourself in front. Kindly include your talent in introducing yourself," sabi ni Ms. Chavez. Pumasok pala siya? Hindi ko namalayan.

They introduced themselves.

"Sir, you may now introduce yourself." Turo ni Maam sa'kin.
