Y/n's POV
"I- I think we're done for tonight.."
"Answer the question Midas" Tina says smirking, I hide my face in my hands
"I'm pretty sure we all know the ans-" Josie starts before a bunch of henchmen rush into the room
"Sorana and a bunch of shadow henchmen are pulling up in a boat, One of the henchmen is holding a baby" A henchman says, Midas stands up and pulls his pistol out of its holster
"A baby?" Tina says
"Midas, do you think.." Meowscles says, Midas shrugs and runs out of the room
"I'm gonna follow them" I say, I get up and walk out towards Midas and the henchman
"Long time no see" A woman says, she has black hair and black lipstick on
"Sorana.." Midas says, The woman waves and the henchman carrying the baby
"Marigold.." Midas mumbles, The woman rolls her eyes
"Her name is Jules dumb ass" The woman says, The henchman hands Midas the baby and heads down to their boat
"Shes your problem now" The woman says turning around and leaving, Midas looks down at the baby and smiles
"Hi Jules" Midas says down to the baby, she reaches up and holds onto his neck
"Daddy" Jules says, Midas' face glows up to that simple nickname
"Yes that's me" Midas says hugging Jules
"Boss what- Marigold?" Meowscles says slowly moving towards Midas and his daughter
"Kitty!" Jules says jumping over to Meowscles
"I think she likes cats" I say, Midas moves over towards me as Meowscles plays with Jules
"Agreed" Midas says
I watch as Meowscles runs around Jules making her giggle, She turns around every time Meowscles goes behind her back making her long black hair fly into her face
Jules turns and lays her eyes on mine, directly, she stares at me before running up to me and giving me a hug
"Mommy!" Jules says, I look at Midas and he smiles
"Your her mom now" Midas says, I roll my eyes and pick her up
"Midas? Why is she wearing gloves?" I ask, Jules is too distracted by my hair to do anything
"Uh, I have no clue.." Midas says moving closer, He lightly grabs one of Jules' hands and slides the glove off, a metallic gold covers her hands barely reaching her forearm. I look up at Midas and he looks just as shocked as I am
"She has-" Midas starts
"How?" I ask, Midas shrugs and walks inside the agency
I adjust my grip on Jules and take her inside, Midas is hopefully figuring out how she also has the golden touch, maybe its because they're family? Who knows, but I can guarantee you she cannot control it at her age
"Who's room do you wanna go to, Mine or your daddy's?" I say, Jules thinks for a second
"Daddy's!" Jules says, I nod and head up to a golden door, I open it and walk in
"Daddy!" Jules cheers, I turn around to meet a shirtless Midas, I look down at his abs and back up at his face, I keep looking down than back up more frequently
