At Will and Nico's wedding, they had a box for well wishes. Nico really didn't want one, but Will convinced him in his dirty ways. With McDonald's of course.
Percy took a special interest in this. He was so happy that Nico was happy. He let the let the boy down, and regretted it ever since. He was glad Nico had a reason to smile.
Will and Nico were reading the notes after the wedding later that night. Nico got bored of reading the notes after some time because they were all well wishes. Not that Nico didn't appreciate them, but it got boring after a while.
Will decided to keep reading them. And he was glad he did too.
Percy already left a well wishes note (everyone did, even Octavian), but he left another one first. The last note left to read.
I'm glad I'm not his type.

And a small but genuine smile appeared on Will's face.
