Yugo POV

We hade arrived at the entrance of the hospital and went in side to see a front desk with a lady sitting behind it no doubt one of the workers. We walked up to the desk making our existence know to the lady as she looks up from the papers she was working on. Like everyone else she was shocked to see me I could tell she hade so many questions running through her mind but before she can voice them out Cat speak to her.
Cat:" Hello miss we are here to see Naruto Uzumaki and talk to him about what had happened while he was out, can we speak to him now." Cat asked the lady. Like everyone else her intent becomes that of hate and discust at the boys name how ever she hides it and speak.
Lady:" Yes you can, he just woke up a few hours ago so he should still be awake just go down the left hallway and look for room 12A." She told us to which Cat thank her and we started walking to the room that Naruto was in. Will we where walking I could feel that Cat was staring at me looking me over however because of my cloak covering most of my body all she can see is my head and hover shoes, they where a nice gift from Shadow since my previous shoes was destroyed during a sparing mach we hade. However I don't really use the hover feature unless I want to make myself go a little faster and do some other things . She stops looking as we made it to Naruto room and she nocks on the door before opening it.

Naruto POV
A few hours ago

I woke up and found myself staring at a white ceiling and what smells like medicine and chemicals ' I'm in the hospital.' I thought remembering what I was able to learn about it from the book I was able to read before the Caretaker band me from grabbing any books there ever again I don't know what I had done wrong at the time because I was just reading.' How did I get here?' I thought confused as I tried to remember what happened before I woke up here. Soon I started to remember I was out in the forest looking for a lake with some fish in it so could catch and cook them to eat since the Caretaker didn't feed me again. I had ended up instead finding a bear that hade spotted me and started to run towards me. I screamed and ran as roared at me, I didn't get far as I was weak from not having eaten anything for weeks and so I tripped and fall the bear was still chasing me and I tried to back away but soon I back up into a tree and the bear corners me. I was extremely afraid and that only increased when I saw it lifted it's paw up getting ready to kill me with it's claws. That is until a yellow spear that looked to be made out of energy hit the ground between me and the bear, this hade scared the bear and it hade ran away soon after darkness took me over.' Who saved me back there?' I thought curious as to who it was. I was broken out of my thought when I heard a nock on the door and one of the nurse come in. I look at her see her give me a strange look that is similar to the one that the Caretaker gives me usually then she speaks.
Nurse:" We looked you over and found nothing wrong, you should be able to leave in a few hours." She tells me, I nodded my head and say thanks. After waiting for a few hours there was another nock on the door I thought it was the Nurse again but instead one masked person wearing a cloak and a ........" WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THAT." I yelled soo loud that everyone in the village could hear me. I stared wide eyed at the strange thing that hade it's gloved hands on it's ears.

Yugo POV

' MY EARS.' I had mentally yelled as my precious ears where ringing.' How can someone yell so loudly with out there throat hurting.' I thought as I used my chaos energy to heal my ears as best as I could, once I could hear again Cat started to speak.
Cat:" Now that you are awake Naruto there are something that you need to know." Cat said as she proceeded to tell Naruto about me and of his new life. He had wide eyes and his intent became happy and hopeful.
Cat:" Now if you have any questions ask your guardian." Cat finished and soon disappeared. It was just me and the kid now.
Yugo:" Soo kid you got any questions for me." I had asked him.
Naruto:" yeah umm why did you want take care of me?" He asked his intent changing to worry.
Yugo:" I wanted to take care of you because I don't trust anyone of the villagers seeing as how they don't like you for some strange reason." I told him.' Sorry kid but I can't tell you about your burden until the Hokage gives me permission to.' I thought to myself.
Naruto:" oh well I guess my next question JUST WHAT CAN YOU DO, CAN YOU SHOT LASERS OUT OF YOUR EYES, CAN YOU FLY, CAN YOU LIFT UP A MOUNTAIN, COME ON TELL ME." He asks with such excitement and happiness.' Looks like I got myself a hyperactive one here. I can already tell that I'm going to have my hands full with this kid.' I thought I have experience taking care of kids and believe me when I tell you the hyperactive one will put your patience to the test.
Yugo:" Easy there kid I will answer all your questions about me at a later time first we need to go to the Hokage so I can sign the adoption papers and get a house." I told him, he nodded in understanding and quickly got change into his clothing consisting of a white shirt with a red swirl on it and blue shorts. After he finished I grabbed his shoulder and prepared to teleport us back to the Hokage.
Yugo:" Chaos Control." I said as we where teleport to the Hokage.
